Came at 3pm and the black coffee was like warm. Apparently they stop making fresh coffee after 11am so expect it to be stale and cold in the afternoon. Grossssss….even Starbucks is fresher than that come on guys. $3.50 for stale cold coffee is unacceptable. And they were still selling it after I got a refund I think. Pro tip: After the morning rush brew small batches every two hours to keep it fresh but not wasteful. Or do pour overs only in the afternoon.

This is the only beans and brews that doesn't do the Americano like all the other beans and brews locations. It will be served Luke warm.

So good consistently! I go several times weekly. Staff is 100% friendly and my dog gets so excited for his pup cup. I love the Dirty Chai and Mr B's especially. And thanks for having oat milk!

Horrible service! We came in an hour and ten minutes before closing and we were told they had no drip or pour-over coffee since they were closing "soon". We were told our drinks would take 10 minutes to prepare, once we received our drinks one of them tasted awful and the others were lukewarm. Then we were told they were closing the lobby area early so we couldn't sit in and visit. We will not be back there.
Normally amazing but they need to fix the sandwich maker. What do you mean you can't cook anything rn
Mis-managed and poorly run. I contract with Grubhub and go to get orders that should be ready and find they haven’t even turned their tablet on and not received any orders. I now have to wait for both orders to be prepared. It cost delivery drivers time and money and it is infuriating. Get it together! I HATE picking up orders for B&B. The Ogden 12th street location is equally as inadequate! Update* Just ONE time I would like to arrive and have Grubhub orders ready! Nothing changes and nothing ever gets better! Update* Still same horrible customer service and orders NEVER READY! Guess what! No change! I hate this place!
We come to this location quite often and get a Frozen Mr. B’s. They constantly do not stir the drink so it’s two different colors. The people in the drive through notice and try to shake it, but it doesn’t work. Sometimes we ask them to mix it, but the employees get so annoyed and it’s so awkward. I feel like the workers should be pros at making this since it is one of the signature drinks and mixing a drink together should be standard. It’s a bummer because we like Beans more than Starbucks but the baristas definitely need more training with this. Update: I’ve been back a few times and my drink has been perfect. No more awkward encounters anymore. Thank you guys!
Inconsistent with how they make their drinks. When my drinks have tasted differently and I've asked about it, they have told me that whoever made my drinks in the past wasn't making it right. Upon requesting a new drink they charged me for the difference. Not the worst customer service but certainly not the best.
I ordered I coffee here with the Lotus Energy a Couple times here and lemme tell you, I have no idea what they put in that, but in the course if a few hours I have completed comparable amounts of work to what I can get done on Adderall. It's amazing
My third time here and they take so so long. Plan on waiting in line for 10-15 minutes for an iced coffee and smoothie.
Ordered a mochachino and a iced coffee. the latte was very cold not hot at all and there was no coffee in the latte. Looked like milk barely any brown color at all. I asked for 4 shots. The ice coffee was ok but definitely not up to par. Idk what the issue was there with me, but the employees at this location at 11:00 did not care to fix anything or even make a good coffee. If they can change my opinion I’ll change the review because it can be good coffee if they have the correct people.
I asked for my drink to be remade because it didn’t taste right- they argued saying it was my drink, but then admitted it was made differently because they messed up the cars order in front of me and tried to give it to me. This location has never not messed up my order.
Love their coffee but these coffee places have ridiculously high prices. I can buy a top of the line coffee/espresso maker and break even over the course of a year.
They messed up on my order And gave me the wrong thing I asked for a frozen mocha and instead got a frozen hot chocolate it wasn't what I wanted but I drank just wish it would've been blended better
