I came to get a frappe this morning and a breakfast sandwich and when I got the window the lady was already having an attitude as well when she handed me my coffee it was all watery like it I asked for a iced coffee and I didn’t and my breakfast sandwich was literally almost burnt I didn’t have time to wait to get other one because I was already running late so frustrating especially when your pregnant.
I love the new energy drinks! I haven't tasted them all just yet, but what I have tried has been great! So far, my favorite has been Hoodoo, very tasty 😋

This location seems like they go through so many different employees, they end up not training correctly or something because my drinks are always so terrible. I used to come here almost everyday and now it's more like once every few months. I try to give them a chance every once in a while in the hopes that someone knows how to make the drinks correctly, especially their Signature Mr. B's, which usually ends up with a little coffee and a ton of milk with no flavor, but I always end up disappointed in everything I order. So disappointing because I used to love this place.
Coffee is SOOO expensive! (Almost $12 for a cold brew and oatmeal) there are coffee ground’s floating all over in my coffee, it is so bitter I can’t even drink it. Save your money.

This location is hit or miss sometimes our coffees are amazing other times they are awful. Some of the app offers don't go through which is really frustrating. I appreciate that they usually have the house blend beans in stock.

I got the pumpkin pie coffee, and the girl who rang me up double checked for me that it was vegan. Everyone was very nice. Service was fast.
Order a large Carmel cappuccino with whipped cream, I was shocked at the size of the large drink. For only 7 bucks.
I’m completely dumbfounded at the fact that an employee stole money from me! My amount was adjusted and I didn’t leave a tip, if I wanted to leave a tip I would’ve. She took a tip for herself out of my card. When I went in to confront the issue, I was told there was nothing that could be done for me. I do not recommend going here!! They’ll steal your money!

This drive thru is a joke 20 minutes for one coffee and only 2 cars ahead is freaking ridiculous
I bought some coffee beans and later realized I didn't have them ground. I took them to Beans and Brews and Fern was very kind and ground the beans. She was very kind and professional and we really appreciated her help
Since our new team took over management within the last 4 weeks, I have loved coming into work and serving our awesome guests the best coffee in Utah. On my days off, it’s a great place to grab a tasty drink or snack while I work on my Weber State homework because it’s the closest Beans and Brews to my house. Love coming here for an early morning cup of coffee to start my day or even for a mid-day pick-me-up. The drive-thru staff is always friendly and I've never had an order messed up which is always a plus
Best coffee in town. They have the best customer service, they always greet you and tell you to have a nice day. I've been going often that they know my order when I walk in. I love there special drinks they make every season.
