Awesome experience! Great bagels, good deal for the money, good coffee, and HUGE cinnamon rolls. Open early and has a great ambience. Highly recommend Meg's Veggie

Cool little place. Came for the famous cinnamon rolls. However ours was dry and stale. Don’t think this is the norm. Will give them another try because the other baked goods looked delicious.

Best veggie cream cheese I’ve ever had. It has hippie coffee vibes that I always appreciate. Good food, decent price, quick service and centrally located 👍🏽

Loved the Red Rock Bakery and Cafe! The best ever bagel sandwich - the Meg veggie on an everything bagel! Super friendly and adorable owner and staff.

I waited in line for 10 minutes just to be told that they don't sell the bread they have advertised for sale... so I went to city Market and got a very nice loaf of sougherdough and 3 doughnuts for less than just the loaf at this tourist trap.

Perfect. I had the Lox Bagel, no onion, lightly toasted, extra creme cheese, substitute the pesto bagel instead of the usual everything bagel. Simple enough right? Except 90% will get it wrong. Guess who did it perfectly! Also, there was a scone involved that was a work of art. Service was awesome, real human to human stuff. The materials were top notch and the end result was delicious. And as a bonus, they completed the order faster than expected, so there were no worries over our Arches National Park timed entry ticket. We're only here for a couple weeks, but I'll try to squeeze in another visit for sure!

Love this cute cafe in town. Coffee is excellent. I also had the Basic B with bacon in an everything bagel, SO good!!! Also get the chocolate chip cookie for a snack later, delish.

Fantastic Sandwich 🥪. We had the Howard and the Indy . Both were well built and full Of flavor . The fresh 🍞 bread gave the sandwich great texture. Also enjoyed the Monster cookie . The smoothies we ordered could have been better but the service and the other items we ordered were great .

Went at 730am on Saturday and there was no line. Bagel sandwiches were very tasty. The lemon poppyseed muffin heated up was SO good. Latte w skim milk and honey was perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Such a gem in Moab! The cinnamon rolls are literally the best I’ve had in my life, and probably the best I’ll ever have. Everything else - bagel sandwich, quiche, pastries - have been delicious too! Went two days, once when they first opened at 6:30 am and another day at 8:30 am. Boy do those two hours make a difference! It was extremely crowded at 8:30 and took much longer for our food to be ready. If you’re in a rush, go as early as possible.
