Tyler was great! All the food uses local ingredients. A bit pricey, but delicious. Chicken was well seasoned! Great place for dinner after a long day at Arches.

Fine dining in Moab with locally sourced ingredients! We have been coming to Moab for over 25 years and this was one of our most memorable meals here. We had reservations, but others were walking in and being seated quickly. We started with delicious roasted cauliflower and a refreshing and not too sweet, cucumber margarita. My husband’s hanger steak was perfectly prepared with a beautiful tomato and herb salad including edible chive flowers. He is usually very particular about his steaks and this was the best one he has had in a long while. My short ribs were unusually lean (which made them even better) and deliciously spiced, served with a cilantro and red jalapeño salad. We finished with an exceedingly tasty budino (butterscotch and rum pudding). We will be back!
Great food and service. The roasted Brussels spouts were amazing, burger perfectly cooked and potato wedges delicious. Nice low key place.

Really lovely restaurant. Went by myself after a long day hiking & they were gracious about giving me a table for one with no reservation. The atmosphere was upscale yet laid back with nice mellow hip-hop music. Service was great. Had wine by the glass, which was uncommonly good & affordable. The chili salad with shrimp was delicious with really elegant presentation. Light & healthy like a deconstructed summer roll. Perfect ending to a great day in Moab. Highly recommend to any discerning foodies visiting.
Wonderful service and chef who made my birthday dinner special! Though there aren’t many vegan options on the menu, my partner called ahead and they assured him they would be able to accommodate us. When we arrived, we were surprised by a complimentary fried tofu and Brussels sprouts appetizer, an off-menu creation of the chef. For mains, we got the arriabata (so good) and an off-menu veggie pasta, which came out chock full of a variety of mushrooms. The stars of the show though were the focaccia (which came out with mushrooms instead of cheese for us) and the cocktails! Absolutely delicious. Thank you so much for a great meal and special evening, my compliments to the chef!

Hidden Gem if you are in Moab! Every single bite was FANTASTIC! Generous portions, artistic presentation. Apps to dessert, we tried it all. Love the attention to detail. After a day hiking at Arches, such a luxurious dinner really hits the spot.
In a city that is burgers, pizza and sandwiches, this was a great option for a fancier dinner. Locally sourced food that was creatively and thoughtfully prepared. Pricey. Save for special night out.
We came for dinner. In a winter time they offer something like a combo menu. The taste was amazing. All dishes were delicious. Customer service was exceptional. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Fantastic menu, interesting specials that appear to change regularly, dedicated to local sourcing (farm to table) and fantastic service. It was clearly a team service approach which worked like a well oiled machine. Located at lobby level of a hotel. Appreciated the vegetables and pescatarian options!

Amazing experience last night. My husband and I were sat in a beautiful and comfortable corner section adorned with throw pillows. The rock star was a deliciously sweet and creamy blueberry lavender drink, their Americano was made to perfection. The fillet mignon was cooked to perfection and the Chipotle dipping sauce will be engraved In my memory forever. The gnocchi tasted so fresh and the carrots were so light and refreshing. Their decedent dessert was the topper of the night. And the crumbly cookie was just Devine. 👌
This is hands down the best restaurant in Moab and would rate it in my top 5 of all time and since I’ve been around the world and to many chef tables and testing menu, it was a joy to discover such a restaurant in a small town . I would say it’s a fusion type you need to mix everything so it make it even more tasteful. The flavors in is dishes are marvelously getting together perfectly. Each plate by themselves already have a lot of flavors but the way he mix everything together is just out of this world . This guy is a true master chief and i thank him a lot for having the opportunity to eat at this restaurant . This is a 10 out of 5 and we eat there several time in our stay because i wanted to see if everything was as good as our first meal , and it was 🤩💫⭐️. Deserts too are out of this world. Don’t be the type who eat their pea by themselves before your potato. Share plates and mix things in your spoon you will discover an all new world of flavors in your mouth. Bon appétit!
Stay at the hotel for 2 days, unique amenities and quality service, very satisfied, also tried the restaurant here, the food is excellent! haven’t imagine that I can have so fresh prawn at Moab, definitely recommend.
