Very cute and cozy coffee shop. The prices are reasonable and if you need something to keep you awake they have plenty of drinks to do the job.

I came into the store around 3:45 p.m., the cashier Kara was very courteous, Mel on the other hand, not at all her customer service was one of the poorest I have experienced in quite some time.

This is one of my favorite coffee shops in Utah. Every month they have different options for coffee for you to try. I enjoy the names and flavors that they use for them. The ambiance is cozy and the place is always clean. The personnel is very friendly and approachable. If you're unsure what to drink or eat they always provide you with different suggestions. My favorite is the monkey madness (coffee) and the sunrise sandwich with ham in a croissant.
Black and white mocha with coconut, macadamia nut, and coffee cubes instead of regular ice is the best. The milky way and Monkey Madness are also good. They're always nice, and usually pretty quick even when they get busy. The food is good as well, especially the breakfast stack which is served all day.

The coffee is watered down if you get it iced. They weren’t willing to even add black coffee to help the clearly watered down iced latte. Their sugar free options are cool but make sure you ask for half sweet or else it will be inedible. They were not willing to refund or add coffee to an inedible drink from it being too sweet. “Due to personal tastes” how is someone who has never had their coffee supposed to know if it’s going to be too sweet?
I just had a coworker this morning come into work with a Carmel cold coffee and she had found glass shards in the bottom of her cup after she was basically done drinking it. She will be confronting you people in the morning shift when she gets off work today. This is ridiculous because this is a safety hazard and no one should have to be swallowing glass shards after drinking coffee.
Best coffee experience I have had in a long time! It has a small, but inviting atmosphere the lady at the counter was extremely nice and was excited that we have never been there. They were busy , but somehow with the two ladies making the coffee orders did a great job at busting them out. The food we got tasted really good and was top notch and best of all they have merchandise you can buy!!!! Definitely part of the brew monkey gang now!!
The coffee isn't great but the smoothies and food are good.

This place is the best! I first heard of them when they opened their store in West Jordan. I have been a customer ever since. Keep up the awesome work guys!
The food was mediocre and the lady that was behind the counter was very unfriendly and abrasive. I wouldn’t recommend going to this establishment, there are far better coffee shops within 5 miles.
I like the red bull drinks but lately the food and drinks have a refrigerator after taste
