My order was taken by Jacob, and he was amazing. I couldn't decide between two smoothies and he was super helpful and offered to mix them. He seemed genuinely happy to help and seemed to be enjoying his job.

I love these guys! The coffee is always excellent, but almost pales in comparison to their friendly customer service. They are also super quick. The lines are always super long and they manage to rush through them without losing quality. Well done.
The customer service here is top notch. The order takers are friendly and go out of their way to help you decide on a drink. I’ve only came a handful of times here because sometimes the line is long. I’ve learned though that the line moves pretty quick. Thanks again!
Love this place. Love that the staff come out with their tablets like Chick-fil-A to get ur order in advance so that the lines move quickly. Love the hazelnut truffle in hot, iced and blended! Also like the golden eagle blended.

Want to be asked for a tip or just have one added on your credit card without your consent? If you said yes, this is the place for you. The coffee is good but......... The entitlement and tipping expectations are the worst here than anywhere else I have ever been. It sure is getting hard to find anywhere other than the big chains like McDonalds to order food or drink without the tipping annoyance and expectation.
Love the coffee, great service. However when there is a line it does take a while to get your drink.
Better than any coffee place around.
