At last I found nice place with good coffee. In Salt lake city could not find something like that coffeeshop. I wish that you have an ice-cream in menu.
Very delicious, SUPER reasonably priced, and a very cute interior. Kind service. Great for visiting with friends or doing a little work / studying (there are a few outlets around). We had: Breakfast bagel sandwich Everything bagel sandwich Peach smoothie (more of a dessert, FYI)
Great friendly people and nice place to study in. Has a gaming station too with a wii that’s free to use.

I love solid rock!! best coffee in Ephraim, hands down. I highly recommend trying the mediterranean bagel, best item on the menu and very reasonably priced! No matter what bagel you get, you will be in love.

We were visiting in Ephraim and noticed this lovely old home transformed into a unique cafe. Menu items are top quality while prices are extremely reasonable.( $3.50 for the most delicious cheesecake I've ever tasted) We had the Lobster Bisque, Greek Salad, and London fog latte. Everything was beautifully presented and delicious. It's a welcoming atmosphere where college students mingle.

I only had an iced latte, but my friends ate the pesto bagel and açaí bowl and really enjoyed them! My coffee was and is always fantastic. The owner is so sweet, the employees are great, and it’s such a relaxing place.
My first time here, the coffee is amazing, tastes like magic and life! The customer service was good as well. Such a cute shop, easily my new favorite spot in town!
Had the Duke. It was delicious! The atmosphere is friendly and they were very busy, but great service! I will return!
