Was not a warm welcome and didn’t understand what a latte was. I repeated latte at least 3 times and it was as if the concept of anything other than drip coffee was bizarre to them.
The person who helped me today was so kind. I had a really rough morning and from his greeting to covering my shortage I was so impressed. I generally love this location, but really felt their awesomeness today.

Horrible service and product. Go to any other coffee shop in the area; there are many.
Coffee is decent. Men's room is disgusting.
Always good service. Always terrible men's room conditions. Worse than most I see.
really understaffed. My sandwich is usually half warm when i get it and the coffee is watery. Also, be ready for a 15 minute wait while they make everything.
Do they not open at 5:30 during the week anymore? With gas and all other prices going up I can't bring myself to buy coffee very often, but today I really needed it. I came through the drive thru just before 6am and the menu light was off. I guess maybe they changed their hours? Too bad because this has been a pretty solid location in the past.
Slowest service, and never gets orders correct ( I had no modifications to my order). Just drive the extra mile to the bountiful one.
I waited in line for forever and when I got up to the window I literally sat there for seven minutes before anyone acknowledged that I was sitting there. When I was finally acknowledged. They were rude, very rude. So my five minute coffee stop took 17 minutes. They also didn’t offer whipped cream for my frappe. :/
I love this place!! My favorite go-to's are the Mr. B's freeze and Avocado Toast, and I can even get a pupaccino for my Dog!! The staff is always so friendly and the service is fast!
I've tried to order from this place twice now. The first time they claimed their oven was broken and I wasn't able to get any of the food that I ordered. So basically I tipped someone very nicely for delivering coffee. The second time it took them over 30 minutes to prepare the food. When the food arrived it was not even cooked and the coffee was ice cold. My grilled cheese sandwich came with two ungrilled slices of bread and cheese in the middle. Basically they trying to charge me for having to prepare food myself. Avoid this place because they do not care about quality or their customer's experience.
Drive through wait time was over 30 minutes and the drink made wrong.
So bummed. Always been a beans and brews fan. I hardly ever treat myself to coffee out because it’s so expensive. I finally decided to today and wish I hadn’t. Ordered an iced mocha, tasted like water down milk :( the person at the window was really nice but the coffee wasn’t good, especially for what was paid. So bummed out.
The coffee is good because well it’s B&B the customer service here well… that’s what deserves the 2 stars. I walked into this b&b and the employees didn’t even say good morning or even a hello. The two employees that weren’t new seemed like it was an inconvenience that the new employee was asking them questions. It seems like they need a good manager to help train their employees instead of feeding them to the wolves. I mean the girl literally asked them a question and they ignored her…. I could feel my blood pressure rising being in the building.
Was in drive thru for over 20 minutes. The. We get to window and was another 10 minutes then was served wrong order and had to wait for that to get fixed. Was TERRIBLE customer service
I like to order a large Chai Tea with a shot of espresso. It's very good but cost $8.88 - hence the 4/5 stars. It'd be better If it costed 2$ less. I'd go here more often. Unfortunately paying $8+ dollars is just too much for me especially when I can make something similar at home for a way cheaper cost.
Mud in to small a large cup, gross!!! Went to seven 11 after got better coffee there.
Great coffee. Went through driveway which is quite narrow btw.
