Excellent service! Amazing quality drinks and snacks, and always prepared EXACTLY as requested. Fresh-baked cookies. Soup in the winter prepared fresh on-site with fresh ingredients.

Meh. Bagel burnt. Coffee wasn't that great sadly.
I used to enjoy coming here but the service was just so bad last time. While waiting for my order, the barista was having a conversation with a customer and completely forgot to start making my coffee. There is no ambience either.
Latte, and I could still taste the COFFEE. It is 👏 amazing. Great price. Good coffee takes time.
They serve so much more than just coffee. My family loves coming here for the panini sandwiches, smoothies, and hot chocolate. The decor is also nice, and relaxing.
They don't make sandwiches an hour before closing.

I was driving and ran out of time to make it home for my work meeting. I stopped at Buzzbru and had 2 minutes before it started. I told them my status, they made everything and helped me out quickly and made sure I had power and everything I needed for my call. Spent some time there and it has a great vibe!
The worse service I have ever received! They literally were serving people who walked in minutes after I did. Very sad! Appears it is time for a new crew. You would not need a sign on how to treat your staff if they delivered the bang for you buck service! Shameful.
While On a 6000km road trip, happened to stop in here to get my thermos filled. Probably the best coffee we grabbed in Utah. Friendly staff and quick service as well. Motorcycle friendly parking out in the lot.
Plain and simple you guys need to join door dash or Uber eats or get a drive through!!! Dutch Bros is about to get my business and a lot other parent’s business because these small businesses refuse to adapt and change. I’m sure I’ll get a lot of hate for this comment but when the new Dutch Bros. Opens in a few weeks in Brigham and it’s packed for weeks maybe you’ll see you need to kinda adapt. It is the most inconvenient and hard thing to get kids in and out for a 15 minute coffee stop or to leave the house at all when a little one isn’t feeling well. I really like my shabby from buzzbru, but I like a quick drive through or an at home door dash more.
I’ve been here multiple times in a week. The breakfast panini and caramel white mocha is the best!
The wonderful folks who work here seem to genuinely enjoy working together and talking to customers. Also the smoothies, muffins, and Italian soda are so good nit just coffee here.
I ordered the Han Solo which is a bluberry dirty chai. So good!! Laid back and chill place. Loved the coffee. Update: I got a Beehive latte which is cinnamon and honey! So good!! I love this place! It's my go-to coffeeshop in Brigham !!!
If you asked for toasted bagels they get squished on some toaster, the cream cheese come separately instead of inside the bagel. But other than that very great prices.
Amazing coffee, they always have a special coffee to get, not only do they do seasonal drinks the staff is always amazing and will make you leave with a smile

Coffee great. Service terrible when I went in. Probably just a bad day for them sevice wise. Came in and were completely ignored by the two staff even though one of them were just refilling things. And no one else in line. Only two other customers in the store. After about 5 awkward minutes, one of the staff finally said she would be right with us. Other person just ignored us for about another 3-4minutes before asking " are you ready"? Terrible. Id happily wait just at least acknowledge there is someone waiting.
