Super friendly staff, excellent drinks. Would HIGHLY recommend the company get BETTER weather accommodations for their drive-thru staff instead of making them stand out in the rain/ high heat to take orders. Drive thru speakers instead of making them run outside?

My 11 yo granddaughter regularly visit Dutch Bros Coffee as a special treat. We have always experienced polite, helpful employees. Yesterday, April 27, 2023, however was an exceptional treat. We encountered Grace as she came to take our order as we waited in line. This young woman is a stand-out to this business. She was engaging, helpful and kind. My granddaughter stated that she was inspired to become like Grace because she made such a difference in our day. We then approached the window and were greeted by Laken, another outstanding employee. This young woman also expressed an interest in us and even offered my granddaughter her choice of straw colors! It is rare today to experience even one such employee in many places, but we experienced two in the same day at Dutch Bros, Kudos to these two young ladies and extra credit to the hiring manager at this establishment.

Love it! Love it! Love it! So happy to find a coffee place where the people are happy to be there! Every time I have been to this particular Dutch Bros the ladies have been so nice and talkative. It’s like I’ve known them for years! Service like that is rare anymore! Macy was especially like the sweetest girl you could meet! I give her 5 stars too!!! Awesome coffee and a fun atmosphere! 👍🏻👍🏻
Employees are super helpful and very friendly. Starbucks isn't even an option anymore. And to the person who says this isn't Starbucks......Thank Goodness it's so much better than SB. I love everything about Dutch bros.

White Chocolate Mocha Frap. Mmmm good! Hours are better than anything else going on around here. Extra genuinely friendly help like all the other places in this small friendly town!
The staff is awesome, and the wait times are low. The coffee is pricier than most other coffee places. I do enjoy the iced drinks a lot.
