I have enjoyed Scoote's a few times now, normally a caramelicious coffee. Today I went for a Coconut Scooot! Energy Infusion. Um... Can we say Delicious? I look forward to trying more of the non coffee options they offer as there is a lot!

Service was friendly and fast. Coffee was fine. A little disappointed cuz I paid $8 for a large coffee and the SADDEST breakfast sandwich of all time.
Picked up two iced mochas on the way to drop off my kids at school. The service was friendly, the mochas tasted great with a strong coffee flavor and were made relatively quick. Glad to have a coffee option other than Starbucks in Whitehouse.

I called the establishment in Whitehouse tonight to place my order so it would be ready when I got there. I’ve done this before, so I didn’t think it would be a problem. The gentleman who answered the phone laughed and said I could either order via the mobile app or at the drive through speaker. Thank you Scooters of Whitehouse 🙄

I enjoyed going through here! Cashier was nice and we talked while my drink was being made. The barista was sweet too. Coffee was perfect. I got a small Hot Carmelicious, almond milk, add vanilla, no whipped cream. No clue how much I paid though, in our chatting the receipt was forgotten. But that’s okay. It was my first time at a coffee shop in over five years and I will be going back! Love the smiley faces on the cups too.

I was excited to have a coffee shop closer to me, but so far from the first couple of visits it’s been a disappointment. I love getting no ice or light ice and my drinks have almost an inch and a half to almost two inches of room at the top. I asked the baristas nicely if they can fill it to the top and according to one barista, it “messes up the recipe” so they aren’t allowed to do this? I have never had an issue at any place I ever go to when you make this request. If that’s the case, I’d rather go to Starbucks or Dutch Bros.
I thought I would try out the new coffee place in town. I ordered a small latte with half and half. The menu sign said $3.75. They charged me $5.25 due to the half and half which I think it a bit steep. Also got it cold. Had to microwave it. I don’t plan on going back. Tip to those going-they told me there are coupons for half off drinks at some of the local gas stations.
First of all, the staff here is so cheerful and friendly that it makes it a pleasure to drive through and order. My mocha frappachino was far superior to that of Starbucks, with much better coffee flavor. I will be back, but it's too far of a drive to make very often. There definitely needs to be a Scooters in Tyler.
