I paid $16.00 for what was supposed to be a Monte Cristo sandwich & a bag of chips and there was no drink included? This is no Monte Cristo sandwich. Believe me! Basically it's a ham sandwich. With $16 bucks, I could've made 8 of these at home. Very disappointed. Don't waste your time folk's!

Really amazing salad, sandwich, and dessert selection. Fresh ingredients. This place can get quite busy at times though, and parking is problematic. Highly recommend the food!!

BLT was one of the best I’ve had. Muffins and coffe also great. Not a chain. Highly recommended.

I used to come here and get the Hamilton from time to time and it was always great. I haven’t been here in several months , but decided to stop by today on my lunch break for a Hamilton sandwich, and this is what I got. Where’s the meat? This sandwich is pitiful and it cost $17.31 for this …. No drink . Price used to be around $10 and the portion was perfect. Now the prices have gone up and the quality isn’t adding up. If you’re gonna charge almost $18 for one sandwich at least put more than one slice of turkey and one slice of ham. I won’t be back here . This was highway robbery!

What changed?! Used to eat here all the time for lunch and loved it! Ordered a sandwich for the first time in a few years and flat out disappointed. Very sloppy- my sandwich was 80% lettuce and the chicken salad was barley on the bread.

I rarely write reviews, but WOW! Not sure why I haven’t tried 421 coffeehouse sooner! We got ham and jalapeño sausage kolaches, vanilla iced coffee with cold foam and white chocolate frappes. Everything was amazing! 10/10 recommend!

The walls were dirty, the staff were not the friendliest. I expected more from everything I had heard.

Got the Hamilton sandwich. A little expensive at $15.99, but definitely worth it. The older gentlemen that gave us our sandwiches (the owner I presume) was very nice and explained to us all the ingredients they use in the sandwich. I can definitely see the effort they put into the food they make. Did not try the coffee yet, but the prices were very fair for what they offer. Will definitely be back.

Good place to get a sandwich along with your choice of a frappe, coffee or even soft drink to enjoy. Good place for any time of the season and welly decorated. The employees are always nice.

This place is incredible!!! This is one of the best coffee places I’ve ever had. You can really tell they make the food and coffee with love and care. They ask me exactly how I want my fried egg when I order the build your own breakfast sandwich. I am a little picky about my bacon and this place never disappoints. We drive 30 minutes for this place and would drive further it’s so good.

Great food and drinks! Fun to meet and chat with a friend. Also, check out the free little library outside the front door.

I love the homey atmosphere and the decor is outstanding. If there's anything wrong with any order they are quick to replace it and make the customer happy. I've had some obvious mistakes on orders and they were very quick to please and replace or modify. They hire terrific help and courtesy is top-notch...something you don't often see today anywhere in customer service! Definitely five stars for me, and I will continue to frequent this outstanding coffee shop.
