I ordered a Southwest Avocado chicken salad with extra chicken(+$3.00) for my mother who had a chemo treatment earlier in the day. Got it home and it had no avocado and only 3.6gr of chicken. For a 14 dollar salad my sick elderly mother was hugely ripped off. I contacted the company about it and offered to send a video of the salad and weighed out chicken. They ignored me. I have to assume this sort of rip off is business as usual for this company. I'll give bad word of mouth about this business every chance I get. Edit: 08/14/2022 My coworkers wanted food from here so I ordered takeout for them. It took 28 minutes longer than the stated pickup time and we were shorted a bag of chips. Which is par for this business, I've had to wait over 40 minutes past the stated pickup time before, and one of my coworkers is so used to not getting the extra sour cream he orders for his spud, that he also orders ranch hoping he'll get at least one of the two condiments we ordered and paid for. If you're like me, you've noticed the ability of restaurants to consistently get your order right has gone way down hill over the last few years. Check out my other reviews to see which Weatherford restaurants are consistently good, and which ones are likely to give you a bad experience after you give them your hard earned money.

We came in at the very beginning of a rush today. Rick and the rest of the team were incredibly nice and helpful. Rick came around after we got our food and made sure we were okay and got us drink refills when our drinks were empty. Even though it got pretty busy/crazy because they seemed short staffed, everyone was amazing!

Fantastic customer service. When we were needing something Mr. Richard or Mr. Eddie were right there to take care of us. Mr. Richard is very detailed oriented and went as far as picking the tiniest bit of trash to make sure our experience was clean and inviting. You can tell he takes pride in managing that store. Keep up the great work Mr. Richard, Mr. Eddie and crew!

Menu said grilled chicken which made me think it was fresh cooked to order, Nope it turns out to be processed chicken like the packets you buy at the market for ur kids lunch bag pre-sliced and pre cooked and then thrown on a grill, Over priced and deceiving menu.

My family came here on Easter Sunday before noon and wow! The last time we came we had excellent service but today everyone went above and beyond. For starters the place was very clean and the staff was smiling and friendly from the moment we walked in. They were patient while we decided what to eat and made conversation and connected with us as their guests. They all we're working hard and enjoying each other's company the entire time we were there. Eddy made sure the lobby was spotless and was out on the floor cleaning the whole time we were there! He was quick to grab our plates when we finished. Rick came to check on us and noticed one of our sandwiches wasn't as perfect as it should've been. We weren't going to fuss about it since it was edible. He went and talked to the kitchen and came back with the same sandwich made correctly this time and apologized on their behalf. He also was prompt at getting to go boxes and so polite! Honestly as a company if you had a clone machine I would recommend getting a Rick for all of the Mcalister's locations. Overall we had a wonderful lunch and will be returning in the near future! This location has struggled in the past but is thriving at the moment, We appreciate the staff and managers because what you are doing is working. We are very happy customers!

I have always enjoyed McAlister's. However, tonight I got the horseradish. roast beef on ciabatta. The roast beef was overcooked, dry and flavorless and there did not seem to be much on it. There was certainly not enough to balance with the size of the ciabatta. Was WAY too bready. Not giving up on McAlister's, just never gonna order the Horseradish Roast Beef again.

The customer service here is incredible! Carla helped us navigate the menu and make some incredible selections. The Brookie (brownie + cookie) was my absolute favorite. YUM! Kendrick brought out our meal to the table and even gave us a treat for being first time guests! Rick came around periodically to make sure we had full drinks and anything else we needed. The food was fresh and delicious! The French dip and potato salad were fantastic. Highly recommend checking out McAlister’s Deli if you haven’t yet!

Great food, service and atmosphere, but they seem to never clean their highchairs. Babies deserve a clean place to eat just as much as adults if not more due to their immune systems. Even if you mention it to employees or the manager, they still don't clean them. They at most will give you a rag or wipe down one at your table if you ask for a rag.

I wanted to do this last night but got really busy. The food was amazing as always. But I have to say the lady taking care out your orders was so kind, helpful, funny and sweet. Every time we come in there she has a smile on her face and a warm greeting for customers. She’s always happy to see them, even the ones who I’ve seen give her a hard time. She smiles and tells everyone to have a blessed day. Thank you for for having people like this in your store. I would like to say how amazing the food is at McAllister's Deli in Weatherford, TX. It is such a treat to go there. More so, one person I would like to thank for always having the best attitude and runs such a great team is Homar Garcia. He is the general manager. He has such a positive attitude and amazing people skills. He has gone the extra mile for my wife and I to ensure we were well taken care of. For Homar, I think he just has an internal drive that makes him stand out and try to be the best person he can be each day. It's a rare thing so I always feel obliged to say something when I find someone, especially in the service industry, who goes that extra mile. I really appreciate him and, no doubt, the positive influence he has on his team. I hope he has a long and successful career; he deserves it.

Went there for lunch before leaving. Ordered pieces of cheesecake to go. Regular cheesecake is what I ordered. I drive 30 mi home. Come to find out it's some kind of chocolate. Something that I didn't order. I call back up to speak to the manager. Not willing to do anything about it. Terrible service staff is lazy. The guy at the register had so much dirt under his fingernails. It was disgusting
