Very friendly and personable staff. The shakes are delicious and don't even taste healthy..lol The inside is very open and inviting as well as clean and tidy 👍👍
Oh My Goodness...if you've not tried the Teas, you are so missing out! Great variety of flavors that will make your taste buds crave for more! Sandra and Myra are so friendly, always have a smile and willing to help you with your flavors or just a great conversation :). if you've not shopped at their second location, University Plaza, stop by. Supporting a locally and individually owned business is worth it all! Enjoy!!

This is an Herbalife front. Staff is great, but unfortunately your money is not going to a small business as much as it is a multilevel marketing scheme that financially exploits its “representatives”. Because it’s Herbalife products, also consume at your own risk, as Herbalife falls under the “dietary supplements” label and therefore is not subject to FDA testing or approval. edit: I’ve changed my star rating because, as the owner pointed out in their reply, it is ultimately a review for a small business and not Herbalife itself. That’s on me. The profits from this business are going towards salaries, and that’s important locally. That being said, by purchasing product from Herbalife to resell as well as allowing customers to buy it directly (aka your downline, where you make even more money off of their purchases or sales), you (the owner) are still supporting a predatory multi-level marketing company. I don’t want to see this business fail or leave the community or lose customers; far from it. I just wish that it used blends of actual, nutritious foods instead of Herbalife products.

I drink here almost every day. Low carb drinks good for replacing your coffee and sodas :] I recommend 100%

Friendly staff and I appreciated the details of the drinks and what they offered. The one suggested was a little tart for my taste, so I'd probably try a different one next time. However, for the price of $6.50 I felt there was way to much ice in the cup. It filled the cup top to bottom. So unfortunately I didn't see the value. Even on a hot day, I would have preferred about half the ice. I am not sure when I'd go back, but others may want to give them a try. Just I would suggest they consider less ice in the future.

I was in the area today and stopped at hachie nutrition for the first time, I did not feel welcomed by the shop owner. As it was my first time in I was not familiar with the menu and was never asked if I had any questions or wanted to know more about the products offered. After making my selection from the menu I walked over to the bar and was finally greeted but not by the owner still, only greeted by the other two workers. After my teas were being made the shop owner says she could check me out if I was ready again still not greeted or asked if I had been in any nutrition club or if I knew anything about the products. I didn’t get a introduction from her with her name only know she the shop owner due to following the Facebook page. After getting my teas a finishing my transaction I was never told thank you for coming or even asked to come again. I was highly disappointed in the customer service from the owner towards me after seeing she was so friendly and nice to the other customers. I expected more and will not return being that I was the only person of color that was in the shop at the time I felt as I was being discriminated against because of my skin color.
Mayra Leon you are an AMAZING human being and Waxahachie citizens are very fortunate to have your establishment here. Let me tell all y'all Mayra is and was so helpful to me today. Won't go into detail but she spent a long time with me trying to figure out some items that could help me even knowing that I wasn't going to be spending anything today but she still spent the better part of 20 minutes with me trying to help me due to some medical issues. This lady is an Angle sent down to earth to help people with a better understanding of her products . Thank you Mayra. David B.
