I gave you another chance OWNER, nothing has changed in the past year. With multiple bad reviews maybe you should visit Victoria Donuts at 3805 Navarro next to Subway so you can taste what Old Fashioned, Delicious And Good Sized Donuts are supposed to be like !!
I never received my delivery order that I had placed at 7:30 Am and it is now 9:30 and I had called them and they were very rude and Handled the situation very unprofessional will never be going there again!!!!
First off my glazed donut holes tasted a week old and my HOTDOG kolache was so salty and rubbery...not used to a HOTDOG kolache, my O.J. was good. Thanks Minute Made
Every time I come here I feel like it's a waste of my money. I expect fresh warm donuts. Not cold and hard. I think I'm cutting my business with yall and going back to my old spot where it's guaranteed hot and fresh. Yall were good at first and now yall got lazy with keeping them warm for customers.

Very rude and unhelpful service. The person at the drive thru didn’t understand what we were ordering and gave us a very “wtf are you talking about?” attitude instead of trying to understand and all around just had a very rude and uncaring attitude

Many of you who have been to Shipleys know me. I was the manager there for the past six months. The guy with the beard. Haha. I was wrongfully terminated today for no reason and most of the employees quit as well. I wouldn’t give this establishment a penny for the way he treats his workers. Just a downright horrible owner and boss. I reported employees being bullied and he took the bullies side and fired me for “disrespecting” him for trying to tell the truth. Yet again. -100 stars if I could. Let this place close down so he can learn how to treat people.
