10/10 is the best coffee I've had in a while. I got an iced latte with salted caramel and Swiss chocolate. The atmosphere is super comfortable, and I feel like I could spend the day there with a book and read.
Cute spot for coffee, baked goods or tea! Plenty of space for mothers w/ children or quiet area to work remotely. We loved our lemon poppyseed cake & lavender lemonade.🍋🫖

Lovely spot! The coffee was very good, I had an iced latte with toffee nut and Swiss chocolate. The scones are excellent, highly recommend them. And a fudgey brownie hits the spot. Clean enjoyable atmosphere, friendly service. Free wifi. And the bathrooms are clean. Not to be weird, but they also have feminine products in the stalls which I think is very nice! Great idea.
Finally went in, … great little spot! Welcoming and friendly staff and atmosphere. Definitely a hidden little jewel in Victoria which we’ll definitely visit again. Great iced coffee and delicious scones. It’s clean inside with just the right amount of nice decor without feeling cluttered. It’s cozy inside but large enough w/tables spread out so you’ll have enough of your (Or your groups.) own space. Stable wifi. And a fierce air conditioner. Ha! A fantastic and inviting addition to downtown!

Absolutely love Mellisa and her staff! They have amazing sweets and the Lavender Lemonade is Divine! Blume & Flour also has lunch from 11a-2p and they do custom orders: cookies, cakes, charcuterie, you name it. Stop by… you will NOT be disappointed. 😊
Mellisa and her crew are absolutely wonderful. Her shop has such a great atmosphere and bonus points for having roofs for the Lincoln blocks in the kids play area. This really is such a cool place to go to and just chill.
The ham and cheese scones are incredible!
Ordered a eggless, vegan, chocolate cake and it was AMAZING!!!!!! I thought it would taste a bit funny (cake was for my boss) but that was one of the best cakes I have ever had. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.
