They don’t carry any sugar free anything syrups or heavy whipping cream . So no low carb or keto allowed .

Nice little coffee shops for the area. I have only ever been in the morning and the coffee is always good, say a 7/10. I only give them a 7 because I have had really good espresso here, but it can be inconsistent. Otherwise this is the best coffee shop I have found in Tyler.

The coffee was great, just wish it wasn't so expensive. Asked for a plate and was given a to go bag for my dry muffin.

I’d rather go to shine coffee shop up the block instead of this place. The staff is not friendly at all. The times I’ve gone in the staff looks like they don’t want to be there. Maybe they’re tired of being there? What ever it may be, not friendly nor courteous.

The sheer size of the Foundry Coffee House would not lend itself to the adjective "cozy"...but here COZY is a living thing, not determined by furniture or lighting. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly, and the experience overall is one worth having. When asked for suggestions, one barista recommended a caramel mocha made with THEIR OWN caramel. YES PLEASE! My new favorite hangout, can't wait to go back!

Lived in Tyler, TX for around ten months this past year. The Foundry Coffee House was a place of refuge for me, a place where I could write my books and have a great conversation with the baristas and the regulars. Loren runs a great show here and the entire staff is amazing. Seth is a wizard in the kitchen with both the homemade syrups and the mouth watering pastries. If I didn't move across the country, I'd still be in here every day! Love the Foundry crew!

Was a decent iced latte. Better then any chain coffee for sure. Will go back to try more.
