Not the same anymore, used to be very consistent.
A Texas staple, always a good choice.
It’s all good, the Do Nuts is really good! I love
The chinese lady with the long black hair is super rude, we dont need someone with an attitude like her she is not even pleasant looking to begin with.
Love the donuts but if I dare to eat three my stomach dies lol
Shout out to the girl at the window, "TANK YOU HAVE GOOD DAY".
Stop here on a Saturday for 2 jalapeño n cheese and 2 pepper jack Kolaches . seems to that they don't care about their customers at all . They will give you what ever they want or play dumb . IT HAS HAPPEN SEVERAL TIMES TO ME . And if you ask them they start getting in a defensive position. Will not stop here anymore . I hope people really pay attention business comments and write them , because it seems to me that this days staff DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
The kolaches are not very good. I stopped by when my kids asked for breakfast and they were excited because they love kolaches. However these are not very good. To top that they’re not very friendly. Most definitely will not be going back.
VERY poor customer service, and watch the prices. Is it illegal to charge someone more than the posted cost? Because this franchise is doing it. Today I walked in and was told a higher price than what is posted on the menu. I pointed at the menu and said but the menu says something else. The cashier simply said, “the prices have gone up”. Not happy with the dishonesty in that. Won’t be back.
Best service and donuts in town.
If you live Shipley's Donuts 🍩 like I do, this is the one to go to. Wide selection, quick and friendly service., and of course the donuts are wonderful!
Fast, hot and delicious.
The workers knows me for years but still treat me like they never saw me before very friendly and honest
My favorite of all Tyler do nut places. They serve the large Big Earl kolaches.
Always a 5 star experience at Shipley's! They have the BEST glazed donuts, cinnamon rolls, and kolachie's in Tyler!
Today I decided to give them a try because it was on my way to drop my kids off to school so I couldn’t stop at our regular donut shop in the green acres bowling alley parking lot which is a wonderful place I really recommend you go there instead of this corporate horrible customer service experience I had and honestly the donuts weren’t as good either. The lady running threw did not lie that I was asking any questions I was new so I was trying to ask about the kolaches. I wanted to know because my children have a special diet I have to adhere to for for special needs. I was trying to ask questions and she was very rude and had an attitude the whole time. Well I finally did get the kolache that I asked for I was trying to ask for a plane when she wasn’t listening to me I said I wanted a regular one I was trying to ask what’s all in it and I just want the sausage in the bread when I drive off my kids try to eat it and it has cheese in it she never told me there was cheese in it when I specifically asked what was in it and then unfortunately my kids can’t eat it. I called her back and all she did was argue with me and tell me that’s what a regular is and that I said regular and just kept arguing and refused to replace it with a plain. $5 is a lot lost for me as a stay home mom. She hung up on me as well.
Great place. But seriously never ready early when it first come up
Super nice staff, great glazed donuts and cheese kolaches. It’s clean and decent selection of drinks.
Delicious donuts, friendly service
Really fresh donuts and we got to feed a wild chicken in the parking lot
