This was my first time going to this place. It was amazing! The food is bomb, also the coffee was really good. Thank to the barista. There are lot’s of games. Perfect way to spend time with friends, love ones or coworkers.

We had such a great time!! The food was incredible, the board game selection was huge and organized well, and everyone we saw had a nice smile and attitude. Will visit again.

The barista in the afternoon was absolutely delightful, but the little girl in the evening was extremely unprofessional and told us at 8:45 after we tried to order a couple of lattes verbatim, "I've already turned off the espresso machine and honestly, I don't get paid to be here past nine, so I'm sorry." Possibly the worst work ethic I've ever had to witness. We left great reviews, but have had to change them, if the owners think that this is acceptable, we won't be back. Sounds like some if the staff might need some training. 8:45 is not 8:55 or even 9pm.

The door says they close at 10pm. We got there at 8:46pm and were turned away because the staff had already put the equipment away.

Delicious menu with plenty of options (Vegetarian-friendly as well)! I've visited a few times, and this soup and sandwich combo rocked my world. I love the concept and I think it's just what Tyler needs. My only major complaint is that the atmosphere isn't as cosy or eclectic as a game-cafe probably should be, the music is also very rigid (think hotel-music) so it's not an atmosphere I'd want to be in for a long time, but it does the trick. B&B, please start some public game nights-- BYOB, maybe, or consider selling some local beers? I would come every week if you did!

The Southwestern sandwich was very flavorful. It looks like a regular sandwich at first glance, but it is full of flavor; we recommend this sandwich. It was served with a side of hummas. Overall, the plate was filling for lunch. We also ordered the Santorini as an appetizer. The fresh sun dried tomatoes on the Santorini were refreshing. The cafe atmosphere reminds me of a place Catfish would record an episode while they do their research or have a sit down.

Very fun place to play games with friends and family! They will let you use a game they have or bring your own.

Okay so the coffee is great here, the atmosphere is great (great place to work or study), love the board games aspect, but the food . . . The food frustrates the hell out of me. Generally speaking their food menu needs a serious overhaul. Case-in-point: the chicken quesadillas. WHY would you ever use sandwich meat in a queasadilla? I did it a couple times growing up, yes, but that was because there was no more regular chicken; as a business selling food, why would you ever *voluntarily* use sandwhich meat in a quesadilla? And why would you exclusively use cheddar cheese (mixed with others it's fine, but by itself it is the least interesting cheese)? Food issues aside, it's a great place to study and have a coffee. Oh and one thing I do appreciate is that they have a soda fountain. I think all coffee shops should have that myself (I know, it's weird, but WTH sometimes you want to go to a coffee shop but you also want to drink a cold soda instead of coffee).

As a mystery shopper, I've observed enough of this establishment to know that the staff is quite capable of being friendly, but they certainly have their "own kind" with whom they're friendly and cheerful. In my limited traditional view, I think it's polite to greet everyone, not just those that look like you.

The staff at Boards and Bites are so wonderful and sweet. Everytime I go, they are cheerful and always ready to help with everything. The store is always clean and a comfy temperature, and the food and drinks are to die for and well priced. This place is perfect for hanging out with friends, a birthday party, a date night, everything.
