Purchased a large cold caramel macchiato and wasn't able to finish it, huge. Much more product than Starbucks, and larger.
Love coming here. The staff is always cheery and helpful when you’re not sure what to get. The coffee is amazing, too. More locations please!!!
Quick and easy. Just roll up your window if you don’t like talking. I always do that!
Great coffee, guy taking orders wasn't friendly. He asked for my order, I let him know it was my first visit and asked if they had sugar free Italian cream options, he said yes. I kept looking at menu and he seemed irritated and rushed, suggesting a blondie with Italian cream. No thank you or any parting words after he took my payment (and tip)....just walked away. Guy who handed me my drink was very pleasant.
Quick, friendly, taste good
This place is ok...but, just ok. My decaf iced vanilla latte was cloyingly sweet. I like my coffee sweeter than most people, so if I say it's too sweet, it's diabetic coma sweet. If someone decided to go there and I was with them, I might order it again, and ask for half of whatever the sweetener was. My daughter got an iced mocha. She didn't add any sweetener to it because the young girl taking the order said the mocha is so sweet that she will drink it straight like chocolate milk. The sweetness level for my daughter was fine, but something was off. She asked me to try it to see what I thought. I gagged and spit it out. It was disgusting! The coffee itself tasted horribly burnt! It tasted like coffee that had been sitting all day just getting darker and darker and more burnt. I have to assume that's not the case. That makes me concerned that their coffee is meant to taste that way. Also, there seemed to be only young (teenagers?) girls working...and there seemed to be WAY too many! There didn't seem to be a real adult in charge. They were definitely not busy, and it was a random Tuesday after dark. I really found that odd.
Love this place. Coffee is always great and fast. Kids working there are polite and fun. Close to the house. 10 times faster than Starbucks.
I really like this coffee. However, constancy is a very big part of maintaining customer loyalty. If i order the same drink every day, i want it to taste the same every day. Slow down and take pride in what you do.
So friendly! I love the staff’s energy at so early in the morning. Prices are great and definitely better then Starbucks.

Fast doesn't begin to explain the speed at 7brew. The coffee is great and the price is fair. Each drink gets you a punch in the system and when you've got 10 punches you can get a free drink. It doesn't matter which size you order you get a punch and it doesn't matter if you only ordered smalls to get your punch, you can get any size and any drink free when you redeem them. The cinnamon roll is my favorite, my husband loves the blondie and the 7energy in the can as well as over ice with a flavor in it.
Best coffee in Tyler! Friendly staff! Also very quick getting orders out! I’d like to see more locations pop up in Tyler.
We try and visit 7B at least twice a week because we live a little ways out. EVERYTIME we come to 7 Brew everyone is so nice coffee is Perfect any of the flavored coffee are perfect. Never too sweet ! And we are their Biggest Fans !
