Updated: We have them another chance and have gone multiple times. Sad our first experience was what it was but glad we went back. Hours posted on social media said they'd be open at 8am. My family and I showed up at 830am and no one was around. Wasted our time checking this place out which is extra sad as we were really excited that a new place opened up in our area and likely would have been regulars.

We got the Chris P. bacon croissant and love the taste, everything had a perfect flavor. The tortilla soup and the breakfast potatoes were just delicious! A cute little place to bring your family or a date. There’s a lot of little spaces inside and outside to take pictures.

The entire experience was pretty bad. Our server got our order wrong for two of our meals. When we asked her to correct it, she charged us for the croissant that should have come with the meal. $4 for a croissant!! They're from Walmart. It's not a $4 croissant. The entire menu is not available in the restaurant. It's on Instagram and it's just pictures and videos. Which is fine but they put us in a room that had absolutely no reception so looking at the menu was very frustrating. And the worst part was that the server even joked about the reception but didn't offer a solution after we were getting frustrated. Definitely not the experience we were hoping for.

Stunning space, excellent coffee! We snuck in right before they closed to grab a coffee and they weren't even mad!

Great hidden place. Go on an adventure and enjoy yourself at CoCol right here in our neighborhood. Enjoy the atmosphere of our very own community. The inside of the restaurant is so warm and the service is GREAT. The food is delicious too‼️❤️

You must go check this place out! It it well worth the drive! The food is great and so is the coffee. They have a good amount of seating, and each table had a purse hanger along with fresh flowers. We went during the week and they were busy but the wait wasn't too long to get our food. The building itself is beautiful and just over 100 years old! As soon as you walk in, you are surrounded by succulents and cacti in various pots. Everywhere you look, there's something unique to see. You will see a live saguaro right outside the building, which is a great spot for selfies, but don't touch it! We tried the abuelita and mazapan latte. Both were good, but the mazapan had the best flavor, and it had mazapan crumbles on top! The quiche was good, but adding bacon made it a little more filling. The Chris P Bacon croissant was pretty good, too! The tortilla soup was different but fresh and tasty! Can't wait to see if they'll expand their food menu and hours. For the restrooms, you'll need to walk outside and go to the left. They have a diaper changing station in one of the stalls. We had a great time and will come back to try lunch! Highly recommend!

I've been a regular for a year now. I bring my family from out of state here all the time because I love it. We never complained about the lack of space or long wait times. We would work around that and come during slow times of the week. But today, I had the worst experience and I will never return again. I was DOUBLE charged for a kids French toast after they forgot to bring it out. We asked someone to check if it was coming out, and she probably just said it was about to come and never checked. We asked a THIRD time for it and it still never arrived. Only until we had finished eating, the waitress put it down just to pick up our empty plates. then I asked to get it taken off the bill. The waitress said yes immediately. I went to pay for my check a little sad that my family from Virginia and Chicago did not experience this place like it deserved. And of course, it was still on the bill. They then discounted $1 dollar and then added a side of French toast. This was either very sneaky or so badly managed. Whatever the reason, there is no excuse. I kept my old review so you know they will do this to familiar and loyal faces. I'm so heartbroken at this treatment. I saw the bad reviews and couldn't believe they could be so inconsistent. But they are. 1. Treat your returning costumers better 2. Train your help a significant amount better. It wasn't even busy. 3. Correct your wrongs professionally and fairly Old review: Ah, Cocol, this place took my breath away. The decor is so authentic, simple, and stunning. It was calm inside and clean. The service was spectacular. But of course the highlight of it all, the coffee and food! Ugh. So fresh! Perfectly crafted! I'm practically speechless. I'm incredibly glad to have this place in Socorro. I will be a regular for the years to come!!

Good all around breakfast, brunch, and lunch place. The mazapan latte was delicious. I also really enjoyed the Chris p bacon croissant and the quiche. The building is as cool as it gets. The outside patio is also really nice. Visited a second time. It's still good.

A nice place where you can relax, and enjoy an easy, nice lovely and well prepared breakfast, if you like croissants this is your place, if you plan to come in a hurry thinking is a fast food restaurant is not for you, also, there are items not on the menu like French toast but all you have to do is ask, I’ll definitely come back again, I loved it, and the personnel is super helpful, help you, advise you and explain about the dishes and will give you suggestions or substitutions if needed.

This place is a GEM! We were over the moon with the culture and energy. The food was phenomenal! They were able to accommodate us with a simple ham, egg, and cheese croissant That was extremely yummy! It should really be considered to be apart of the menu because I literally think about it every day! We also tried the French toast and some corn. The fruit was fresh and great variety! Last, was the customer service! The ladies were very sweet and patient with us and our children! We absolutely adore this place!

Way to small, extremely limited menu and service was in perpetual slow motion. Took 30 mins to get 3 coffees and a half a cup of corn. Would not go back or recommend any one wasting their time.

The place looks and tastes amazing !! 😍 Unfortunately I didn’t take a picture of the food/drinks but they were great. I got the chai latte but also tried the white mocha and mazapán latte 💯 The Chris P. Crossaint was also great. The staff INCREDIBLY NICE! Always so welcoming and approachable. The drive is 100% worth it.
