Service was a little slow. But the bartender noticed and brought us a complementary cheese tray with an apology for being under staffed.

The presentation of the dishes was good, and the food was not bad, but the ambiance and service were lackluster. Our server was OK, but she didn't really engage with us. She seemed to be just going through the motion, which really showed all around the restaurant from the hostess up. I can't say that I would return bc we didn't really feel welcomed there... no one seemed genuine. This may sound strange to some, but it's all in the energy you bring, especially in customer service.

$18.95 for a Cheeseburger, ridiculous. It was not even flavorful. Seats not comfortable. Small menu selection. But this is only my opinion. Service was good is my positive thing to say.

What a cool atmosphere! Excellent service! We all left stuffed, and just stopped in for lunch! The salad was so big two people each took home half. Small-ish menu but the food is superb!

Had to give a shout out to our server Alexis and the GM Christian! Awesome service and food (even though Alexis told on me to my friends when I was trying to buy my own meal 😂💙)

Love the atmosphere of the place! Great spot to stop for a bite! I had the kung pao lettuce wraps. Super flavorful with just the right amount of spice. The sauce definitely knocks it out of the ballpark. Hubby had the green chile grilled cheese and it was da bomb! Loaded with flavor and definitely messy! I recommend adding the chicken and the bacon. Their fries are crispy! The offspring had the giant pretzel and it was appropriately named! Even his bottomless pit self couldn’t finish it! He had to take half of it home! The cheese that comes with it is a flavor explosion in flavor town! We will be back! Derives was on point and I was jamming to their oldies music the whole time!

Mediocre service but the food was really tasty & juicy. Other than that the atmosphere is pretty fun & music is swell.

Came for happy hour and wasn’t disappointed in the food. The drinks were good, so was the food. I highly recommend the giant pretzel and the empanadas. The service could’ve been better. My server forgot to get our waters and we waited a long time without drinks and ordering food. We did eventually get our things so I’m assuming it was just busy.

Wow,wow, wow. The drinks were amazing but more importantly the service was on point. Aly was patient, helpful, and one hell of a bartender! We’re going to come back not only because of the atmosphere but because of Aly.

I typically do not write reviews but our service at this restaurant last night was absolutely deplorable. After ten to fifteen minutes of waiting, no one had approached our table so we had to ask for service. A server finally came to our table but when we asked for paper menus, she threw them on the table and left. Eventually another server came over and, thirty minutes after our arrival, we finally placed our orders, noting that during that same time period three other groups had been seated and were already drinking/eating. Perhaps it was our age (we were at least twice the age of the other diners) or perhaps it was the obvious lack of a manager/supervisor on site, but the poor service continued. Three drinks were served, we had to wait for the fourth; three meals were served, again necessitating a wait for the fourth. Two of the entrees were so overdone they were nearly inedible. I’ve experienced poor service or bad food while dining out but never have I nor my party been treated with such disrespect and lack of professionalism. We asked if they were short staffed but were assured that was not the case. It was obvious that the 5-6 servers had time to chat at the bar and serving us was an inconvenience. Needless to say, this was the low point of our trip to San Antonio.

We went in for dinner tonight. We had to ask for a server after 15 minutes (while at least 3-5 servers hung at the bar chatting) - when the server finally showed up we asked for paper menus which she threw on the table and stomped off. A different server showed up 15 minutes later letting us know she was asked to take care of us by the first server (really?). We should have known better and left at that point but we did not. They served 3 drinks out of the 4 and waited another 10 minutes before bringing the 4th drink. They served 3 meals out of 4 and waited another 10 minutes before serving the 4th. Two of the meals were overcooked. All this to say that we felt targeted - like somehow we were wrong to ask for service? It was too coincidental the way the drink and food were served - downright rude. Getting the check was another ordeal - we actually toyed with leaving without paying - I don't think anyone would have noticed. Again, most of the servers hung at the bar chatting most of the time we were there. Maybe a supervisor to oversee the playground is in order? We were incredibly disappointed.

The food tasted SO incredible and flavorful, it wasn't busy & it's a nice restaurant all around! Our waiter Edy Corona was very helpful and gave detailed and delicious dish recommendations. We got the bacon burger, fish'n'chips & ribeye steak sandwich. We all loved our dishes and can't wait to go back!
