Best coffee in SA. Their coffee beans called Quantum, are roasted by a physics teacher and they’re always on point.
Stumbled upon this small coffee truck on a downtown stroll to work. Simple but concise drink menu with a few pastry offerings. There is a set-up of a handful of small picnic tables to enjoy oneself. Barista was pleasant and made a very delicious dirty Chai. Will definitely return.
If I'm in a pinch I would stop here for a cup but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here again. I always get an iced vanilla latte and the drink I had tasted old and just plain bad. I would've gone back and asked for something else but the guy working was rude and disinterested from the start. I had asked what blend the coffee is because I was curious and he scoffed before saying the blend. I will be taking my business and other's to PJ'S across the street.
Niche should be rated a 5 Star restaurant! The food was delicious (I’m a picky person), price is reasonable, Caesar our waiter was very polite, friendly, and checked up on us regularly, AND, the age restaurant was super clean, including the floors! As important ( at least for me) the Restrooms were well stocked with soap, towels and Super clean! I’ll be back soon!
Matcha green tea latte was good, look forward to exploring more of their menu!

Super quick and tasty to get some coffee at this spot. They even do Mobile ordering. Everything seemed very clean which is what I like to see at a food truck :D
Nicely situated in the HEB parking lot, Niche Coffee is the best cup of Joe you can get within a 2 mile radius. They offer a selection of hot and cold drinks capable of satisfying any coffee drinker. Pastries are also available (Cake Thieves Bakery) which are a great companion to your drink. Enjoy!

The oatmeal chocolate chip latte is delicious and the cookies and cream donut is super good too. My only complaint about this place is that it's pretty dang expensive (two lattes and one donut + tip was almost $20), but nice for an occasional treat.
Great local coffee stand that should be supported and conveniently in the parking lot of the HEB.
This was my first time at this coffee place, it's in a very convenient location and they're coffee is delicious! I will definitely be returning.
This was my second time at Niche's new location in HEB's parking lot. The espresso is smooth and delicious. The barista is friendly and helpful. I like the cat logo. I always get an iced oat milk latte, which hits the spot for me. I'll always stop by here when I'm in the area.
I was out wanting coffee and although Starbucks makes a decent brew I was craving something more local. I googled some near by and found this place. I ordered a caramel latte and it was absolutely perfect. Niche coffee co. Made this coffee phenomenally the milk was perfectly frothed and there was the perfect amount of caramel!
1st time trying Niche Coffee. I called about 5 min before it closed to put in an order he said no problem and stayed open until I got there. Wonderful oat milk Latte, made perfectly and the London fog scone was amazing! Happy customer, I will be back!
Drip coffee is absolutely amazing! There’s a slight sweet taste to the coffee , smells heavenly! These are high quality coffee beans
