Super cute location! 😍 We went on a breezy morning and it was perfect. The batista working was sweet and very helpful. I had a honey chestnut latte with oat milk per the batista's recommendation and it was so tasty. 👌 Would definitely come back again. Keep it up! :D
Early Bird is by far one of the best coffee shops I’ve ever been too. Their staff is always super friendly and helpful. Their coffee is amazing and consistent in quality. Everything from their service, product and ambience is incredible !!! I definitely recommend.

This is a wonderful coffee spot for either a quick cup to go or sitting and catching up with a friend! Dog friendly, so it also makes a good pit stop if you're on a walk with your pup. Excellent service, friendly and informative. If you come on a Saturday, you may get to snag a brisket sample from a local pop up! The coffee itself is excellent! I got a extra strong latte and I was surprised that I didn't get much bitterness! The latte was strong without compromising on flavor. I was able to enjoy notes of hazelnut and salted caramel while chasing away the last of my morning weariness.
This coffee shop is my favorite to go to when I’m on this side of town. Coffee and baked good are always SO delicious and the customer service is outstanding. Also, the shop vibes are so cute inside. Will keep coming for the Iced Americano with Horchata 😋
I love this place! Their coffee tastes amazing every time, and you can see they put effort and love in it. Their cappucinos and americanos are delicious. Makes me feel like in Italy every time I go there. Staff is so accomodating and friendly and I really hope that this place will make it a long way! Great job!
One of my favorite shops in the city, hands down with superb friendliness and awesome coffee. Love their creative menu items and flavors, as well as the popups/seasonal items they have on a regular basis; always brings something new to the table. Overall love everything here, and am happy that they've grown from just a mobile location to a brick and mortar :))
So happy we stumbled across this coffee shop! Really cute vibes. They make their own horchata milk which is delicious and reminded us of Mexico City, so good in an iced latte. We also enjoyed a warmed croissant which paired perfectly with our coffee. Highly recommend a visit.
Will definitely be revisiting this wonderful cafe! If you have a sweet tooth like me I'd highly recommend their iced lattes, and if you need a bubbly, pretty place to hang out or work their space won't disappoint.
It is very difficult to find good, third-wave coffee in San Antonio outside of the downtown area. That being said, Early Bird really excels in their offerings, particularly the horchata latte. If you just want a flat white or cappuccino, they can make you an excellent, classic cup of coffee or an espresso-based drink on par with some of the San Antonio greats.

This place is so cute and the drinks are all 10/10! The owners Jamal and Sydney are so kind and nice. Plus their syrups are all homemade!

Such an outstanding and unique place. Their Horchata latte drink was unbelievably good! It’s one of those things that kind of makes sense, but you’ve never thought about it (at least I hadn’t) and then you taste it… And it makes you wonder why every single cafe in the entire southwest US doesn’t have this drink. Also such wonderful staff and the ambience is phenomenal.
If you're looking for a coffee shop that feels like a second home, look no further than this gem in town. I've been coming here nearly every day since January, and I can confidently say that this is the best coffee shop around. One of the things I love most about this place is the staff. They are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always remember my order. It's such a wonderful feeling to walk in and be greeted by name, and to have my favorite drink waiting for me before I even have to ask. The service here is truly exceptional. But it's not just the people that make this coffee shop special. The environment is just beautiful. From the cozy seating to the warm lighting, everything about this place just feels inviting. It's the perfect spot to settle in with a book, catch up with friends, or get some work done. And if you're lucky, you might even catch one of their pop-up shops. Whether it's a local artisan selling handmade jewelry or a small business offering up delicious baked goods, these events are a real treat. They add another layer of community to an already wonderful coffee shop. Overall, I can't recommend this place enough. The coffee is fantastic, the staff is amazing, and the environment is unbeatable. If you haven't already, do yourself a favor and stop by for a drink. You won't regret it.
Wish I was able to try more stuff, but the cappuccino was great! tried the vanilla rosemary syrup, very interesting! The owner was there too, super helpful and friendly!
The best coffee shop in town. The staff is very friendly and always trying to accommodate your preferences. Speaking with the owner he is passionate about quality coffee. They support other small businesses by allowing them to set up outside offering unique food and merchandise. You have to try the horchata.
Tasty pastries, awesome customer service! Jamal not only offered a free sample of an orchata infusion (one of the new add ons in the menu) but also gave us great menu recommendations. Would definitely come again!
I came here during a pop-up event and was blown away by not only the atmosphere, but by the amazing service of the owner and the delicious coffee options available. I got myself a rose latte and was very pleased, it didn't have that terrible chemical taste some places have. They appear to make their own syrups, like a rosemary lavender that I got for my friend (also delicious by the way) and they even have a horchata milk you can get in your latte that was so so yummy. Highly recommend this place, especially if you have some time to hang out and enjoy!
Absolutely first class business, and the best coffee shop in San Antonio! This is a family owned business with the best customer service you will find. You will always be greeted with a smile and treated with genuine care and concern. if for whatever you don’t like your coffee (which you will!!), they will remake it for you. I’ve never had to, because it is always perfect. Not to mention, the shop is decorated beautifully. I would give 10 stars if I could! Go check them out if you haven’t already.
