THEEE slowest Dutch I’ve been to. Will not go there. Kitty Hawk it where to go.
Meh. I ordered a "Cocomo" iced coffee. The flavor reminded me of those frappacino bottles you buy at the gas station. The service was much less professional than I was expecting, and they had loud music blaring through the window. I guess they're going for fun, but it's a little too intense. I am not sure I'll be back. I guess it's not my cup of tea.

Love this place. The people are the best. Way better than you know who. Lol. I can't wait till they open the location closer to my job!! The hazelnut truffle mocha is my fav.
The Potranco Dutch bros is my favorite! They are fast, never mess up my order and they remember clients lol! That probably means we go way too much but nonetheless it feels nice when they remember you and your order.
Dutch Bros Coffee offered a delightful experience, even for a non-coffee drinker like myself. Their caramel concoction was decent, although it didn't particularly hit the mark for my personal taste. However, the strawberry lemonade sprinkled with Tajin was an absolute revelation - a perfect blend of sweet, tart, and spicy that kept me sipping. The stand-out factor was the stellar service. The employees were not just efficient but genuinely friendly, adding a personal touch to the experience. Even with a bustling drive-thru, my order was prepared speedily without compromise on quality. The exterior of the establishment was maintained impeccably, reflecting their high standards. Overall, Dutch Bros provided a comforting and refreshing experience, with beverages catering to a wide spectrum of tastes and a team that truly values customer satisfaction.
First time here and the music was so loud I couldn't hear the lady. The menu is basic but the employee said the app is where the full menu is. The annihilator was okay, nothing special about it. My son enjoyed his pomegranate tea so a star for that. Drinks were over-priced in my opinion. Didn't get a receipt either. The window service was awkward. I felt like she was trying too hard to make conversation.
Man they're environment is great, and I love them way better than Starbucks.

Music too loud, they can't here us we can't hear them either... also it's a coffee shop not a strip club... music should be friend just saying not everyone is okay with their kids hearing that kinda of music...
People here know me very well by now lol. I come almost everyday. Staff is amazing and my drinks are always on point. Banana mocha or double torture, you can't go wrong. 💅🏻
First and foremost, the coffee and teas are great. But beyond that, the staff is wonderful, funny, and so kind! Inevitably, sometimes the technology (POS) adds some stress to the staff and yet, they still maintain a wonderful attitude and always figure it out! I often go through the drive through with my dog, Brisket, and they always give him a “pup cup” (whipped cream and a biscuit). He loves it! Okay, update on 4/3/23!! Yet again, they blew my mind! The team working today figured out it is my two-year wedding anniversary!! And y’all, they hooked it up big time. I might have teared up for a second!! And by might, I totally did. The team here is just full of incredible people. I wish I could thank each and every one of them individually… so hopefully, this message gets shared with the staff! Even when the drive-thru line wraps around the state of Texas, they ALWAYS bring me so much joy! It started with the sweet girl that took my order. I forgot her name, but we did talk about the weather and how glad she was to be wearing shorts that day because it’s HOT outside! Hopefully the manager can figure it out! I have been to this specific location at 3 different instances and each time the wait time at the drive through was excessive. More than 15minutes even when there are just 3 cars ahead of me. I have also seen people get out of the drive through as they are tired waiting. Do not visit here if you are in a rush
The coffe was wonderful. Cute little tables to wait at if youre walking up, which we decided to do since the line was so long. The problem we had was the seating area isnt in view of the window, and there isn't a pa system or any other way to announce the order when ready. Our order sat for quite while before another customer that had ordered mentioned it being out at the window.
Lemon-Lime Rebel. Try it. EVERY location is awesome. I know they do not have mobile ordering but I used to work at Starbucks and mobile ordering made everyone HATE their job because customers have such a lack of understanding when it comes to peak traffic and waiting 10+ minutes for a drink. DO NOT add mobile ordering or you'll make Dutch Bros employees hate you AND their job AND allow the company to become a dumb corporate horse milking money factory. Anyways. Yea. Have a great day.
The line was ridiculously long for no specific reason because I found nothing at all special about this coffee. Sure they have some interesting things on the menu, but nothing to differentiate it from a Starbucks or any other local coffee shop. The ordering system is an abysmal nightmare and the drinks are grossly overpriced. A bit overrated in my opinion. The only thing that I enjoyed was the friendliness of the employees. I will not return.
They're pretty friendly there and answer all your questions with knowledgeable responses. They're consistently great with how they make their iced lattes. They automatically come with the drinking lid which makes it much easier to enjoy your iced coffees and whatever topping you put on top.
Wonderful and easy to get in and out of this particular location. Lots to choose from so be prepared for us middle aged folk to take a little time 😆! There is an always helpful staff there and one young lady in particular, Serenity, is always so very helpful in assisting me in choosing my drinks! Thank you! See you all soon!

They were crazy busy with only 4 people working and the girl was so nice in helping me find the drink I was she was amazing 🫶🏼 I love this place
