Wonderful spot to grab some brunch. We went on a Sunday at 1pm and it was not crowded. The staff was great and the food was fantastic!

Went for our anniversary, food was great, had to send a steak back to be redone due to it being overcooked but service took care of it really well. Would definitely recommend for a night out.

The food was amazing! Desiree the server was spot on and very knowledgable. I highly recommend the chartuire plate and add the 3 cheeses. I had the fried oyster sandwich and it was so delicious!

They charge extra if you dare to ask for lettuce and a tomato. Everything is very salted but the place and staff are lovely. Nice for large groups.

TOURISTS TRAP. Plain & simple. Just go there for a drink, Service and Decor r good but don’t bother with food. It’s grossly and comically OVERPRICED. I don’t mind paying high prices if quality is at least decent but we ordered a $97 charcuterie board with cheeses, a total rip off. I have more respect for bank robbers than this restaurant. The selection of cheeses was ridiculous, like supermarket industrial prepackaged cheeses. All boring, dull. I mean cheddar cheese, a dry blue cheese and a scoop of unimpressive goat cheese… Then for $97 they dont give u bread but some Walmart-like dry flat bread, which makes it impossible to enjoy it, especially the pate’ or mousse. No sourdough or baguette or walnut raisin bread, no bread in the house!!! For a place called CuReD… laughable. It’s almost like going to a Pizzeria and being told sorry we dont have pizza here… But the worst is actually the meat selection. Nothing good, all greasy, looking old or sliced the wrong way like the paper thin tiny slices of salami. U lose all the texture and flavor like that. Its not sushi or carpaccio come on… I rather eat a strip of listerine than that salami. The duck prosciutto looked gross, old. And the WORST part: the chicken liver mousse tasted like vomit, spoiled. They serve this mess of food with too many sauces, mustards, flowers and decorations to hide the fact that both quality and quantity of this “charcuterie board” is below subpar . Like a magic trick, look here not there, smoke and mirrors and voilà, your money is gone…… Now, u can get a nice selection of high end cheeses from France at Mon Chou Chou and some real cold cuts for less than half the cost (around $35) , and … drum roll… it comes with real BREAD!!! Shocking… how did they come up with that idea??… Point is it doesn’t matter if they think their selection is good or high end, it doesn’t matter if they made a mistake out of ignorance or on purpose, the result is the same: a rip off. In this industry your intentions

Excellent execution of charcuterie meats and dry-aging- Jennifer was an excellent host to us at the bar. My best friend really enjoyed the duck breast.

I would highly recommend Cured if you're looking for something different. They have a varied menu with some unique dishes. The Prickly Pair (yes, pair not pear) was a great summer drink. My only criticism was that the food was lukewarm when it was brought out. My personal preference is for my food to be (temperature) hot. The others at my table were not bothered by the temperature.

10/10 happy hour. The fried quail legs, poutine and ice cream with a shot of plum wine were great. I was easily tempted into picking up some cured meats and preserved fruits to go as well.

Tried this place for the first time and it has a nice atmosphere and staff was helpful. The food though for the price was good but not amazing. There are certain items that are made to seem "fancy", but they aren't and are overpriced. For example $16 for empanadas. Also the menu is all over the place: Beer can mussels? Seems random. I did like the sausage from their "Wurst Case Scenario" dish although a little salty. Overall it was a nice 1 time type of thing.

Are you kidding me! Great place to try some amazing cured meats. Service was impeccable! Suggest you try the B.O.T. AMAZING! if you like hot, ask for extra Habanero Mayo...🔥! Cured smoked pork belly ...wow! If you are in San Antonio...you must go to cured!

An excellent experience! Had the cheese charcuterie board. Great local flavors. Wedge salad was well dressed & fresh. I usually season a wedge salad (salt/pepper) but it didn't need it. Had the flat iron Steak and Frites. A perfect med/rare, mushroom sauce. Great meal. Also had chicken/ andoille gumbo. Very authentic Louisiana Cajun. Boudin empanadas were also a great treat. Service was outstanding. Atmosphere also great. As usual with anything at the Pearl - it was a treat!

Entirely mediocre. Charcuterie board, which is their specialty, was mostly tasteless. Steak WAY overpriced. Has potential but not even close to where it should be. Must be better options in the area.

We were impressed how baseline average food was - we had goat cheese and Jamon which the jamon was 25 dollars and we got maybe 2 pieces - poorly plated and was chewy and gray as seen in picture , also it was wet which really it shouldn’t be after “36 months of aging …. they fill the plate with Mustard , jelly , crackers and pickled celery - strawberries that the plate was garnished with we’re old and bruised … drinks we had were bad , all I can say is would not recommend. Paid like $80 for a disappointing light lunch.

I love the rustic-chic aesthetics of the restaurant. The interior design is unique and I love how they blend the historic site into a modern restaurant design. We arrived a few minutes before the happy hour and the servers were really helpful and informed us about the option of the special menu. We ordered two small bites and two drinks - the happy hour drinks have really good price (beer at $2-$2.5 and cocktails all $5). Drinks-wise, beyond expectations (we got Rose Quartz and Alamo Amber). Food-wise, the poutine was sooo yumm but honestly the "chicken-fried chicken livers" didn't taste good and we barely ate. Would love to go back to try other stuffs on the menu though.

Ate here last weekend. It was a nice place with friendly staff. We ordered the chicken liver and kale salad. Both were really good. I would go back with a non vegan but not many options for a vegan obviously. They had some raw animal parts hanging in the front of the restaurant so this place may not be for everyone. My family likes it though.

Our party of 6 had a very unpleasant dining experience at Cured. First, the restaurant ran out of their only steak option on the menu. We were told, “We don’t have the steak that is on the menu but for $10 more we can offer you different one.” Not only were we informed a while after we ordered that they didn’t have it, but now for more money we were going to have to wait even longer for our food. When our food finally arrived, the steak did not have any flavor and my fries were cold and hard. I politely asked if they could be warmed and our waitress was very pleasant and took care of that right away. I did not enjoy the steak at all, it was lukewarm and flavorless. My boyfriend also did not enjoy his gumbo, it was very bland. Toward the end of our meal, we ordered coffee and while we were waiting, a man suddenly appeared at our table, didn’t introduce himself and started setting down spoons. He eventually stated he was one of the owners and asked us in a rude, confrontational manner if everything was ok. It wasn’t, but his manner was so off putting we just wanted the whole awkward situation to be over! He was very condescending to us all. When my coffee arrived it was lukewarm. At some point another person brought a bread pudding to our table that we did not order without any explanation. We didn’t touch it in case it was a mistake. When our waitress returned she stated it might be from the chef but she wasn’t sure and would check. By the time we were told it was in fact from the chef, it had been sitting for a while and was not very good. All in all, terrible dining experience. We paid close to $200 for two people, with 20 % tip as the waitress was very polite and friendly and none of what transpired was her fault and she did try her best in a bad situation. I would like to point out it is understandable restaurants run out of certain items and sometimes the food doesn’t turn out great, but this was just handled poorly and without a genuine attempt to provid

A bit pricey, but so is everything else here. Food was amazing. We had the cheeseboard with several meats, gumbo, steak, wine, and 2 cocktails. Loved the atmosphere inside/out. Really good drink options. Staff was extremely helpful/friendly starting with hostesses.

We saw this quaint little place while we were visiting The Pearl. The small plates looked amazing. Kristie was the bartender and was super kind and knowledgeable about all of the wines. She even let us sample before purchasing. The customer service is exactly why I will be back and recommend this spot to others.
