An amazing Cafe with great drinks great food and loads of vegan options. They have vegan bread, cake, scones, rolls, everything! They also have a vegan breakfast sandwich and vegan lunch sandwiches and tons of plant-based milk. On top of all the great food and vegan options, they have plenty actual meat and cheese options and the friendliest staff that is very attentive and a 10 out of 10!

I am an AVID coffee drinker...and the peanut butter and chocolate iced latte with oatmilk is the most incredible drink I've EVER had in my life. Literally tastes like a PB cup but better. In.sane. Coffee is SO smoothe, and doesn't taste burnt and mass produced like Starbucks. Will definitely be a regular customer and can't wait to try some of their other creations. They also sell art, and we bought a piece that was amazing. Can't love this place more...HIGHLY recommend!

Coffee and pastries are delicious. Their is a sign that has "if you find the duck win a cookie". My 10 year old day has found the duck a couple of times, last Saturday she was excited when she found it once more, but one of the staff members immediately told her that wasn't the duck that needed to be found and they were out of cookies. She had attitude in her tone and I didn't appreciate her response to my daughter. I haven't been back, I'm sure I will, but I've chosen to pick up elsewhere. It's ashame because we enjoy going there and make sure we leave a good tip. Staff should keep in mind the way they talk to their customers no matter how young they are.

Yesterday morning, met up with a friend / co-worker at this unique coffeehouse called Coffee Me Crazy on Tezel Road (my fave street because it is so quaint and tranquil). Enjoyed their coffee and sandwiches! Nice to look around at other artworks and handmade items for sale! Also a great place to meet people! I’m looking to come back soon!

The worst chai tea I’ve ever had. It literally taste like water with sprinkled chai powder. For the price you would think they would know how to make a simple tea.

Been several times because their gluten free and blueberry muffins are really good. Give it 3 stars because more than once I received Luke warm coffee. Not sure if they know how to warm the milk but it never happens. I’ve since been to other places to get my coffee. Also wanted to mention lower the music. The whole ambiance of a coffee place should be not a club also coffee should be hot.

Cute little coffee shop. Loved the cozy vibes here. I had their apple crumb coffee cake and it was delicious. I love that they have special drinks for every day of the week!

It's not as sweet if you are looking for something like Starbucks, but that's a plus if you just like great coffee but still want good flavors. Staff is always very friendly.

Coffee Me Crazy is one of the most delightful spots in San Antonio. It’s authenticity is only out shown by the quality of their food and beverages. I’ve stopped here regularly for coffee, tea, pastries, and lunch; I can’t recommend them enough. If you want treat yourself, change your normal routine and sit down inside for the delightful atmosphere, local artist, and a tasty beverage.

First time stopping. Just by chance. I’m so glad that I did! This place is a gem. The coffee is fantastic. It’s not nearby but I’ll definitely look for reasons to be in the area.

Awesome little coffee shop! They have just the perfect local coffee spot vibes, with hardworking staff and awesome drinks and food! They also host a lot of local artists and their specialty products, so you can browse some of the local art talent as well! Whether you're coming in just to take out a coffee or want somewhere to chill, Coffee Me Crazy is an awesome spot to choose!

Coffee was to butter for my liking. Had a breakfast sandwich, bacon egg & cheese bagel, good flavor. Sister had sausage and egg bagel... it was just OK. They have her a large piece of sausage, but it was too much for the sandwich. The sausage overpowered it instead of complimenting it...

Update: I came back to try their cappuccino, regular this time with milk, and it's really good! Thick foam, with a great overall texture. I really like the acidity of the coffee. I could be wrong, but ilI think they're using a light roasted coffee. Overall I really enjoyed it. I found this place when I was heading back to work from an appointment. This place is really cute! I really like the vibe of the place. +1 definitely for having an 8oz cappuccino. I opted for oat milk, which I regret. The oat overwhelmed the coffee taste, which kind of defeats the purpose of having a cappuccino. Nevertheless, I really enjoyed my quick visit to this quaint little coffee place. I'm gonna come back again for sure to give this place another go.

Phenomenal coffee. I’ve been to coffee shops in cities all throughout the US and Europe, and this is my favorite. Lovely people own and work at this place, too.
