Got to the window to order coffee at 855pm not realizing the time. Super excited to try a new coffee shop for the first time. Employee stated we just closed . What happen to customer service? Well I guess I will buy my coffee with companies that offer great customer service, Starbucks and Dutch bro

Just stopped by because had seen it open recently and needed a pick me up. The barista was informative and explained the menu as we said it was our first time there. We told her our likes and she made accurate suggestions. My wife and I both killed our drinks. I got the Tuxedo and she got the Gold rush. The punch card is sweet and great price! Will definitely be back on occasion.
Great service and great coffee. The staff was very friendly and informative. We will definitely be going back. They also link with food trucks so you can grab both coffee and food to go!
Mesmerized! Not only the coffee is great but their service is by far the best ever! Forget about Starbucks!!!!

Great customer service, great coffee, definitely better than Starbucks! It was mentioned before and I agree, do try the Campfire flavor if you like s'mores. The flavor was great, not bitter and not overly sweet. Can't wait to try more flavors!

Very beautiful small corner where i went with my family and was able to eat nice Mexican food , then Mediterranean sweets, and then end it up with very good coffee Highly recommended for everyone Super happy found this near to my home i dont need to drive far now
I live nearby and come by a few times a week. The coffee is always delicious and the service is always great. Everyone is so friendly! And fast! Moving to EP and I will miss my local coffee shop so much. Try the campfire if you’re a fan of s’mores!
The two food trucks next door to the brevity coffee co is a must to check out ! great food from el sueno de Lola I had the tacos dorado and were simply deliciously amazing & hearty portions size ! The lokmas doughnut holes with chocolate drizzle were crunchy outside light and fluffy inside soooo tasty! I live up the street from here and will be back again!
Great and fast service! They have dairy free options as well. The coffee is delicious. I also loved the lemon poppyseed muffin top. Glad this is right down the street from me!
Went tonight wanting a coffee really bad and was just hoping they were open cause I really wanted to give it a try. It did not disappoint! 10 out of 10 would recommend. The man who helped me Cole was super nice and made me feel very welcomed even through a drive through which never happens. Coffee was great and he gave me a pup cup with a dog treat for my dog. Definitely going back. Plus can’t beat the price.
This is definitely my local coffee place now. So glad that they made a cafe near where I live. They have very good customer service which is very good to have and the coffee is very good as well, luv that’s it’s not too sweet and bitter perfect blend for me .👍
Fast, friendly staff and delicious coffee for a good price. The muffin tops they offer are also quite tasty, so it pairs well with the drinks. Will definitely be a returning customer here!
I have stopped by several times since this location opened and the service is always very fast and the employees are always very friendly. They usually take your order and payment before you get to the main menu/window and drinks are ready almost immediately after pulling up to the window. I would suggest looking at the menu online before getting there but they do keep a copy you can look at before. I also love that they are open late! Will def be returning with my punch card!
Soooo I started going to Brevity at the De Zevala location forever ago, & their customer service at that location is top notch. I've been to this location twice. The first time it was a sweet chatty blonde lady at the window, opening day. The second time I ordered cold foam, which they charge extra for(totally fine) , older man took my order , brunette color hair tries to swifty hand me the drink with whip cream. When I was like this is not what I ordered, (& I tipped), she rudely was like well we're out of that so here's your drink. Don't know if she was lying or just didn't want to remake my drink.... Unfortunately I was in a hurry to work, so I just took it and left. They should definitely let customers know before hand if they're out of something, before confirming transaction.
I'm usually a Starbucks person ( I know ewwww) but I wanted to try some other places.. Let me tell you BREVITY you out did yourself. My drink BLEW Starbucks out of the water.. it was AMAZING.. I got a French vanilla frappe with 2 shots of espresso.. I AM HOOKED
Coffee is ok. Went for the 1st time today. NO I WONT BE BACK. I ORDERED A PASTRY TO EAT WITH MY JUST OK COFFEE. I WAS GIVEN A FROZEN MUFFIN PASTRY (NOT ROOM TEMPERATURE) I ASKED IF IT COULD BE WARMED, THE SWEET GIRL AT WINDOW RESPO DED SHE COULD NOT. I WAS NOT IMPRESSED. HOW SAD. I WAS SO MUCH LOOKING FORWARD TO THIS BUSINESS. HOWEVER THE FOOD TRUCK NEXT DOOR TO BREVITY WARMED MY PASTRY ON THEIR GRILL. I ALSO BOUGHT OFF THEIR MENU. DELICIOUS!
First time stopping by. Owner is super friendly along with staff. Enjoyed a delicious cinnamon latte. Can’t wait to try other items! Let’s support small business/another great find in the neighborhood!
