I wasn’t having such a good week. Came to exchange some coffee I bought earlier as by mistake had picked up ground coffee instead of whole bean. Manager Gabe was very courteous and helpful! Made my day! Thanks

Hey, John pollock here. Y’all sure know how psychology works. Talk to tony in Durango Colorado (4 corners river sports) he’ll tell you all about it. Ps, Matt best you’re a cutie pie!!!! #marinecorps #ranger

So good! We've heard a lot about the Black Rifle so we had to check it out. The medium roast coffees have a nice taste to them; right in the middle. Most I come across are weak when the syrup, drizzle and almond milk are added. I would definitely recommend this place! Support these folks as they do make great tasting coffee with Starbucks prices. Plus, veterans...what more do you need? Also, they had their shirts on sale for $5, another bonus!

Awesome experience, cashier was friendly and helped with options. Coffee came out in less than 5 min. The coffee was delicious and original.

Mediocre coffee at best. Was super excited when it opened and was disappointed with poor shot pulls. Have it a second and third try. This place has cool packaging. Their clothing is awesome. I think this business would operate better as a retail store and get rid of the horrible drinks. A step up from Folgers. Definitely not a coffee company. Super cool retail items and food. Notice all the recommendations are for everything but coffee. Better coffee shops in San Antonio to try for true coffee drinkers.

Normally really enjoy getting coffee at any Black Rifle location, however this time not as much. The customer in front of me needed to get their order corrected so BRCC corrected it; however this took place in line. They should have asked the customer to pull around so that they didn’t make the rest of the customers wait. Poor customer service. I don’t like giving a poor review, but sometimes it takes just that for service to be improved.

Great coffee. It was my first time there and the barista took the time to make suggestions based on my likes. Prices were reasonable.

I went by this morning at 545am for a latte and a bagel. I noticed the girl take a picture of my drink and quietly put the lid on and hand it to me. Down the road I had to look. This just shows the quality people black rifle hires. I just wanted her to know your hidden art was noticed and appreciated!

I have a biweekly meeting here early in the morning. The coffee is always amazing and the service is prompt, caring, And friendly. Definitely the coffeehouse atmosphere/ambiance vibe but not pretentious. Better beans, better roasts, better service, better coffee, better employees better vibe. I drive out of my way to go here.

A very clean spot, just not the “coffee shop vibe” I usually look for. Everything they do they do well, but I’m not a fan of their coffee. Definitely give it a try tho!!

Truly one of the best coffee shops I’ve ever been to. The environment is so welcoming with a charismatic staff that is very veteran friendly. They had plenty of chic indoor seating, couches, and some outdoor seating for a sunny day. Wanted to try something different so I got their Smokey Joe and it was 10/10. Subtle Smokey flavor, not too sweet, it definitely hit the spot. Skip Starbucks and come here instead!

The coffee was fine however I'm getting really tired of being highly pressured to leave a tip especially when I haven't even received my drink through the drive-thru. I tip well and often however that's typically after I'm satisfied with the food and service. I'm not sure a drive through is a good place to "ask for a tip". It just feels forced and awkward.

Black Rifle Coffee Company (BRCC) is one of the coolest Texan coffee shops in the area. The shop blends all the Texas elements into their products and coffee naming. This store in San Antonio has a wide selection of their products, from coffee beans, T-shirts to many out wears/gears. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. And you occasionally see chess clubs hosting tournaments in the store - Great ambiance.
