Excellent food. This is off the beaten path, but definitely worth the time and effort to stop here while traveling. Service is good and the price is right. If you're traveling on IH10 and need to stop for lunch, you need to find this place.
good old fashion service and atmosphere, delicious burgers and steaks. you can also pick up feed and fencing,, or sit at the bar.. worth the stop.
Very nice family owned establishment! Restaurant owners were incredibly welcoming. Cherry on top was the pristine restroom available for guests
Little place off the beaten path in Roosevelt, TX. We both ordered the Loaded scramble eggs that truly comes with everything. Very good and filling. Coffee was nice and strong and staff were very friendly.
Amy and the entire staff are so kind and great!! They helped us out in extremely tough situation and they’re godsends for that
One stop shop and eat, from the farmer to the trucker. Plenty of parking, bring your tractor and trailer. No need to turn around, come in on the bypass and head straight out back to I-10 what ever direction you are heading. Got my burger 🍔 on a Texas toast. Family type atmosphere since 1945.
Says it's open, make a detour to eat and finally it's closed. Wasted 20 min for nothing.

We stopped in on our trip out to Big Bend and ordered lunch to go. Very friendly folks. I ordered a burger with okra in the side and my brother had the club sandwich. Both were great and exactly what we needed. This place is a much better option than fast food joints along I10 in West Texas. FYI, the cafe is located inside the general store.
Population ….. 10. Unless that lady was messing with me… the population at last census was 10… What in tarnation?!? Great food. This is a 5 star even if the population was 10mil.

We had the shrimp and crab legs. The shrimp were large and there were quite a few, but they had no shrimp flavor. They tasted farm raised to me. Crab legs were just okay. However the sausage was great as was the corn and potatoes. Next time I'll get a hamburger. They're always great.
The most hospitable small town cafe I've ever been to, all the staff are amazing, and their food is amazing as well.
The food here is delicious! Prime rib was super tender.

They make a damn fine hamburger and onion rings. Considering your other options for fine dining in the area I would highly recommend this place.
Really enjoyed my visit here. Really cool location with lots going on. Definitely a locals place but still welcoming.
