Breakfast sausage is trash. McDonald's has better sausage and theirs isn't even real sausage. Scrambled eggs taste like powder eggs from a school cafeteria. It's sad it used to be so good. Won't ever go back.
Service was excellent. Coffee cup never got empty. There was a wait to get in so plan on it. Food was good down home cooking.
This restaurant was amazing! I absolutely LOVED everything I ate. I got the 1 trip salad bar (side salad) and build your own omelet. I'm not crazy about eggs and have never really liked omelets but this was amazing!! I will be craving the omelet lol I had my omelet made with ham, Pico, bell peppers, jalapeños and pepper jack cheese sauce 🤤 do yourself a favor and get your omelet with the pepper jack cheese sauce!! If you're in Rockport and wanting an amazing breakfast you definitely should come here!!!
Wonderful breakfast, friendly staff. Great breakfast spot in sunny Rockport. We were given the recommendation to visit JJ's Cafe and we were thrilled once we got there. Nice sized dining area, plenty of light and fun wall decor. Lacey took great care of us and all staff encountered were efficient, helpful and smiling. Coffee refills were frequent as well as asking if everything was to our satisfaction, we loved every bite. Everybody knows everybody here but even if you are a guest to their city, you feel like family. Highly recommend!!
Well visiting Rockport I ate in a bunch of different places. I would have to say this was my least favorite. Wasn't exactly great service nor was it really great food..

JJ was our server and was very personable, professional, and accommodating of my KETO diet. First time customers, the atmosphere was relaxed, very clean, and service was prompt. Food was tasty. We will be back!
Best and fastest breakfast in all of Rockport. Staff is very energetic and helpfull.

The food was good. If you ask for the mean waitress, don't worry, she really isn't mean. But she may forget to refill your coffee.
Food is fantastic, and the portion sizes are very generous!! Prices are extremely reasonable!
Had an omelet, and it was amazing! The salsa they offered was over the top good! Also, for cafe coffee, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff are attentive, too. I will be going back for sure.
Amazing! Don’t be fooled by the full parking lot🤣you still get seated pretty quickly and it’s certainly worth the wait, the food was excellent, they serve breakfast until 2pm and our waitress Resy was arguably the best waitress I’ve ever had anywhere. Can’t say enough about how great a dining experience this was, don’t miss this one folks!!
Everything about this little cafe is fabulous. Quality food and a resona le price. Lots of locals so you know its consistently good. Thank you. Will definitely be back.

Went for breakfast. Small place with a short wait, but we had a bigger group, and having to wait is usually a good sign it's a good place. Which it was! Our waitress, Lacey (I believe) was amazing and personable! The breakfast taco was amazing and the perfect size for me! Ask for the homemade salsa!! Even if you're eating a pancake! You gotta try it, amazing! Oh and the pepper jack sauce!! If we are ever back in the area we will definitely go again! Only down fall I'd warn mom's about is there is no changing table, which hopefully is added soon 😊
Your coffee NEVER gets cold. Try the pepper jack cheese sauce, on anything, it's amazing. Our favorites are hash breakfast and omelets!
Decent food but it was pretty expensive. Spent the same amount we usually spend when we go to Hesters in CC.
Wonderful cafe. We were staying nearby and wanted a good breakfast. They dud not disappoint. Over medium eggs were cooked to perfection. Bacon, too.Everything was great!
