My kids go nuts for their do-nuts!
I have been here several times and have a few complaints. Some of the staff at drive thru are cranky and unfriendly. They dont give itemized receipts and seem to over charge sometimes. The receipt shows how much the total is not what all you were charged for. The last time I went there some young guy working drive thru did not give me everything I ordered but charged me for it. I did not notice til I was at work and couldn't go back to get them. Makes me wonder if they over charge and pocket the money. You people should show customers everything they are charged for not just a big total.

I walked into the Robinson location and tried to get my two bags of donut holes from the counter as I do every Sunday for my grandkids. The lady behind the counter took them from me and the tray and told me they would get them for me. Not sure what’s changed to cause this type of reaction. We walked out and I explained to my grandkids that we could find someplace else to eat on Sundays. Sad experience. If something has changed, move the donut holes from the counter as soon as a customer walks in the door. Kids don’t understand these type of things.

I got a call from this location today and when I called them back the person on the phone hung up on my face after I asked them the name of the company because I honestly had no idea who was calling me. I called back and she rudely insulted me and then said she is the only one there and she doesn't care if someone called me or not. She insulted me and then hung up the call once more. Extremely disrespectful, I'm disappointed that this place would allow for an employee to talk to a customer this way and end the call when the customer was not being rude or anything.
