I love coming here when I get the chance. They always have great service and are always willing to answer any question you may have. Honestly, I haven't had a bad drink for here yet.

Since I've been coming here for about three weeks, everything has been good—that is, until today, when one of the girls outside taking orders acted as if I were the one working there rather than her. Unlike the weeks prior, when the person taking the order asked if I wanted anything extra in the drink, this time she not only didn't know what I could add but also had a bad attitude, and before I could finish my question, she said, "OK, we done here." I wanted to say something but I let that one slid. The beverages are good, and everything else is nice, but what happened today sort of turned me off. As consumers, we want top-notch service when we are paying top price for your beverages or product. also don't react by stating, "Email our customer service," because all of this can be resolved if you'll instruct your staff on proper behavior.
Love Dutch Bros! Great coffee, nice people, and way more bang for your buck than somewhere like Starbucks. My only complaint is that the same coffee can vary widely depending on the barista
Coming here always brightens my day. Great employees, yummy drinks. Iced golden eagle is my go to. Rebals are basically flavored Red Bull and are amazing. Peach ring rebal = candy crack.
We love going to Dutch Bros! The servers are always friendly, they're really quick, and have lots of drink options. My personal favorites are the toasted mellow frost or freeze, and the molten lava frost.
Always great service, even when they are super busy. Ive never had an issue with any of the drinks ive ordered here.

I've completely ghosted Starbucks after being turned on to Dutch Bros. Superior coffee for sure, and amazingly friendly staff! Also they have a much better rewards system. I'm a convert!

I love my Dutch bros and most of their staff!! Just wish they offered something else for breakfast/snacks. Muffin tops are just to sugary to consume at 5:30 in the morning. So if I wake up hungry that means I have to stop at Starbucks for a bread.
Absolute heavenly brews received on both of my visits, the first time there was a huge line and I worried my experience would be on par with a typical Starbucks visit (pricey and underwhelming) but no, this place had such a cheery fun vibe, music playing over speakers around the drive thru lanes, a menu catering to a multitude of tastes, I ordered the iced chai and it was great. They added extra seasoning on top and when stirred the blend was bar none some of the best I’ve ever had, I’d come by more frequently if it wasn’t such an out of the way drive for me.
Never have I experienced such friendly staff, I genuinely can’t get over how nice they are. I love that they have so many sugar free options, it’s rare to see and they do a great job

I drive for a living so when I say that I haven't been to a SINGLE Dutch Bros that I haven't liked I mean it. This one just happens to be next to my house so is my most visited one. Best thing I could say about them is that you get the same tasting if not better tasting drinks than Starbucks for half the price. Try them. The people are always happy and upbeat (I'm not a morning person so that annoyes me but it annoyes me to the point of an awakened and happy state, which is weird)
