The people who work here are so, so helpful. They all seem to put in that just a little bit extra that makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside just being around them. Thank you to the whole team of nice people that amazingly got two large outdoor slider chairs to fit into the back of my lil’ Nissan Rouge Sport.

I asked the cashier to change my number and she said I had to do it online , then asked me why I was asking. I told her because my number changed and she stated "you should have started with that", even though I had. Other than that, my experience was good.
I go here often for all my household and business decor needs. It’s one of my favorite places to be! Great selection of things and great people. Would recommend

This is the most organized location in the DFW area.
Alot of parking, not much staff, and those they do have seem disinterested in helping customers. There are other stores which are more customer friendly
Went there for My First time to buy Xmas decorations and I was overwhelmed because I wanted everything. All decorations were so beautiful! They had all you needed to decorate an Apartment, Dorm or Home. Staff was friendly. Atmosphere was Awesome! I will go back!
It's still Garden Ridge. A lot of stuff you buy to throw away. However, today I actually got some customer service. The associate confirmed that what I wanted was out of stock, but helped me figure out how to order it online. And Xmas music was evident.

Place was stocked with great finds. never disappoints with ahllowern selection. Struggled to find an associate but was able to and ended up not needing help. Great value and found way more things than I went in for. The lady at our checkout-i wish I could remember her name- was amazing. I told her I was anxious about my significant others parents coming for the first time to my home and she put me at ease and encouraged us about the situation.🖤 Truly appreciated that and the lunch visit went very well.🖤

I had the most amazing and awesome experience with one of the best I believe employee by the name of Pat . She immediately greeted me with a beautiful smile and what very engaging. She also was very knowledgeable about the merchandise in the store. She also helped me as a cashier. I am so grateful that At Home which is one of my favorite places to shop has an awesome employee as Pat. I'm hoping Pat can assist other employees in helping them show up with a beautiful smile and a willingness to help customers. I ask to take her pic so if anyone needs help Pat is the one you want to see!!!! Martha a very satisfied customer!!!!
Terrible experience with this store AND online customer service support. Manager was rude and NO help and store was dirty. Contacted customer service online cause my MIL’s e-card didn’t work and it has been two weeks and still NOTHING has been done about a $50 e-card that we bought her that didn’t work at the store.
I went here for paintings, area rug, and lamps. The store is huge so the large selection was appreciated. Highly recommend. Update- new inventory of modern chairs. Most places were sold out. Found exactly what I was looking for. Dont forget to sign up for the store CC to save even more. Updated 7-16-22 Not sure what happened but most products marked way up and then the sale price brings it back to the original price.
Great experience. Staff are very nice, helpful, and on alert. They are hard working and I wish that every place is run like at home.
