Another of my favorite places to shop, but for sure if you see it and you like it buy it . It might not be there when you go back. Alot available online but they don't always have it for curb pick up it might not have been delivered to the store yet it could mean its coming so I missed out on my valentine placemats.

Furniture is generic and overpriced. Seems as if inventory has not changed in years. Like to come here and roam around when bored but usually leave w/o buying anything.

This is not the individual stores issue but a corporate issue as it is their policy. I would give no stars if possible. I have never shopped at any AtHome Store before. I bought a Christmas tree for my yard before christmas for $43 that only lit up for a day. It was defective. With everything going on this holiday, I wasn't able to bring it back until today and I was only given a $10+ refund as it was on sale. No store I have ever been to has done this. Guess I just donated $33 to the CEO's pocket. Don't think I'll be back.

Honestly , compare with others it’s way too expensive. And ppl there are not very friendly. And the check time can take over 30 min….We won’t go there again.

Don't keep accurate stock quantity available online, resulting in placing a same-day order that then get's cancelled by on-site staff (without notification via email or text, or explanation as to why). When calling the store, the answer I received was (almost verbatim), "Yeah, our stock is kinda all over the place and super messy right now... so someone probably went to look for it, and couldn't find it, and just cancelled the order... Um, sorry you didn't get an email [hangs up]". Super disappointing, and no faith that an online order for store pick-up (or stock-levels posted online) are going to be fulfilled / are faithful to what's in-stock.

1. low quality products, 2. outdated useless returns system I also had a bad customer service experience at this particular location, but those are the main 2. I went in expecting Target-level quality, but it's more Walmart quality. You have to know that they specialize in inexpensive cheaply made, low quality products. As an objective measure, they have a large Damaged section--never seen one that large; it shouldn't come off the shelf damaged. It's preposterous to have an online ordering system, but make order numbers useless. I brought the pickup slip, believing that to be the receipt since nothing else was given. They could not use the order number, pickup slip, or the barcode on it. The order confirmation email couldn't be used, which is surprising w/ the technology at most large chain stores. I went to the full order details on the website--that couldn't be used either. Most stores at least provide a receipt in the confirmation email or an email after pickup. In 2022 why would the entire online system be useless w/out the physical receipt from the physical cash register, for an online order? The employee who helped us was unreasonably also rude. We wanted to be kind & helpful, but she (Janyce, I believe) was unpleasant from the beginning, clearly annoyed & tearing off the slip. She offered a gift card, as we continued to scour our email & website f/ a receipt, but she never even asked for the credit card used, which is a valid return method; I brought it up because we forgot it but thought the slip receipt was sufficient per the return policy. Store credit is usually absolutely fine, but ironically in this particular case we didn't plan on shopping here in the future after seeing the product quality. Disregarding that we're not at fault for not having the receipt, her behavior made it clear that she was more than annoyed with us; she started out short w/ us as soon as we said the pickup slip was the only kind of receipt we received, & when we didn't have a

24 minutes wait time to check out today. Ridiculous. I don't spend that much time in line in Costco in a whole month. Not to mention 4 out of 5 registers open. I will shop online only things that I really need and pickup my order. But I will not step in that store again.

Lots of goods, they constantly update their items and bring more new products. Also, returning is very easy of you are not happy with your purchase. And, they have some beautiful carpets of any sizes.
