The staff is incredibly sweet, it's a bit expensive (Starbucks prices) but it's worth every penny. The coffee is always perfect and is one of the only places in town that makes great iced coffee!!
Great service and even though there was a line to order it did not take but a minute to have the coffee ready! Definitely worth the wait

Nice folks and really yummy coffee. Ask them to make it lava hot if you want it warm to the last drop.

I go through the drive through, so I can't speak for atmosphere and I haven't ordered food items, only coffee. Which is always delicious. They're always busy and it takes a bit, but it's worth it for the cheaper prices and better service than other coffee shops.
Asked if a drink was like a cortada. They said it was like it but then offered to just make a cortada off menu. Super good coffee and great employees who are patient with high maintenance customers like me. I will be sure and return!!
So I am going on 4 years of living in Paris and I have only recently stepped inside Paris Coffee. I've made it through the drive through a time or two, but more often been frustrated with wait time and just left--but this just speaks to how popular this place is and lack of options in town. However, recently, a new friend and I have been meeting up here for coffee and a chat, and I find it most appropriate. Seating is comfortable. Inside is never (well, in the late afternoon) too full nor too empty to make it awkward. I do find the drinks a little on the too-sweet side, but maybe I just need to find the right one/ask for less sweet. Overall, good experience especially with there being very limited options in town!
I love Paris Coffee. Traveled around the world, and it holds a special place for me. I know the owners and their daughters who manage it. Best coffee, best service, and a nice place for meetings, chats, and even to work. Stop in if you are driving through Paris, TX! p.s. Mexican Mocha, my fav
Best place to relax and have a nice cup of coffee and a muffin. I'd recommend the blue berry muffin 10/10
