i used to love this place and go every morning. i loved seeing the morning “girlies” as we called them and they would have my order ready to go before i even got to the window. but suddenly, they all disappeared and i don’t know why??? i don’t recognize a single worker anymore and the new crew isn’t as friendly as the old. since then, my drinks have constantly been made wrong and they take forever. i’m sad to say this, but i’m going to have to go back to starbucks.
Starbucks? What's a starbucks? Lol All I know is they do not come close to Dutch Bros! So many great flavors (INCLUDING a whole list of delicious SUGAR FREE), lots of yummy drinks in either coffee or Red Bull. Be prepared to chit-chat because the bro-istas and bra-istas loooove to converse! A visit to Dutch Bros may be time-consuming, but you'll be rewarded with friendly service, smiling faces, and a totally groovy beverage! The points system on their app will get you free drinks after only a few visits! Do not forget to treat your fur baby with a PUP CUP!! 🥤🇳🇱🥰
First time ever trying this place and the employees have great vibes and coffee was awesome! Perfect way to start my day

i performed with my band, the apes in june, across the street at dr. jeckyll's on saturday. we were all feeling a little under the weather. as i was scavenging for a quick remedy, i popped over to dutch bros and ordered from hannah (while masked). i just told her i needed something hot, and with lemon in it, to which she suggested a black tea mixed with lemonade. i received the first one in no time, and the next two even faster, later on. drinks were hot, and soothing, yet deliberately blended. i'm writing this just before my set, and my airways are in near top shape. thanks dutch bros. pantego! y'all need to keep hannah!
This isn't a real coffee joint. No flavor and over priced. Back to Starbucks I go. I don't remember tipping, but when I checked my receipt two days latter the tip was more than the coffee.
The quality of their coffees is only surpassed by the speed and friendliness in which they serve it. Don’t be discouraged by a very long queue of cars: it will move fast and your order will be taken and served quick.
I been a dedicated fan of other coffee places, but Dutch can not be replaced! They have so many options, there are never out of stock, the line moves quickly and the baristas are so friendly! Dutch fan for life!
We went through the drive-thru. The service was nice. The coffee was okay.
Love this location! I used to go to the one in Pantego, but they became very inconsistent and my drink was never the same twice. The people here are wonderful as well!
Always a great experience! Everyone here is so friendly and I’ve never once had an issue. They’re much faster than other places but still take the time to chat with you while you wait.
I went to this location and the customer service was horrible Evan proceeded to take the card order that came after me. I honked to get his attention to let him know I was there first he said I was being rude then continued to take the other cars oder then walked off and didn't take my order. I got to the window and was explaining to Heather "shift leader" telling her what happened then Evan walked up to the window gave me even more attitude and I said I'm taking my son to school is why I said something about being there first he then said I should have gotten there earlier and walked off and Heather the shift lead just let him talk to me however he wanted to. When I asked for corporate number she told me to look it up
I love this Dutch Bros. When I moved to Texas there wasn’t a Dutch Bros in sight. I waited a long time for this location and definitely worth the wait! I have yet to have any but a perfect experience! The staff are all amazing and I try to visit almost daily. Thank you !!!!
Way too much ice in the drinks. And if you ask for easy ice, It will taste terrible because apparently that affects the recipe. it’s a rip off, honestly.
I already love this company, but this location is the best!! The employees are so friendly and thoughtful!! They dote on my puppy every time we go for coffee and a pup cup!
WHY DUTCH BROS, WHY! Y’all were doing so incredibly good…then I spent fifteen mins in a drive through while your staff climbed in and out of a car in front of me. OK, I get it friendliness is y’all’s thing, oh but wait, then I spent even more time in the drive through while everyone went inside sans one person. Oh! And my order was wrong, to boot
Regardless of the length of the line, the crew here always goes above and beyond to ensure accurate and speedy service with an excellent attitude. This has been a weekly visit for about a year now and I have never had a bad experience here nor have I heard of anyone else having had one.
Service is great, but price is high! I didn't expect to pay $7 for a medium coffee that I just ordered straight our from menu with no add-on or modifications.
I love the service I get here every time and the drinks are amazing! Sometimes long lines but that’s because it’s that good!
