Awesome atmosphere! The gentleman that took our order was friendly and let us know all the promotions they had going on! Coffee was really good and we will definitely return.
4/27/23 today in order my usual and this time I got my son some tea around 12:40 the men working were so sweet and helpful . I did t want to get my kid something super sweet so I tried the basic af y but my so ended up not liking it and the guys were so nice and added the sweet teatoit . I to say this store has the best customer service ever and they really treat people well
Coffee/mocha is great. Maybe my favorite. Staff is very nice. But if the app screws with your tip when you goto pay.. and changed it from 1 to say 5 dollars... That's your problem.. Staff can't help, but when you report it to the actual company.... Don't get your hopes up.
I have been a fan of Black Rifle Coffee for many years, this is the first coffee shop I was able to go to! The staff were great! Good service and the coffee was amazing! Definitely need to go back!

I had been looking for the Dallas Cowboys America's Team BRCC edition. I kept searching online without any luck. I decided to stop in and check, and I finally found it. I love BRCC. They always ask if you are a veteran to make sure you get your discount. Great service.
I usually go to Starbucks but as I was driving by I seen a couple people outside taking the Flags down and were doing it respectfully and correctly. In todays Word, I needed to see that. NEW CUSTOMER Thank you!!!

I have been receiving their coffee by mail via the coffee club for several years. Great company! Great products! #SupportVeteranBusiness They do so much for active military, veterans, and first responders. How could you not support a business like this. I also treat their employees incredibly well and have a phenomenal training program. Come here for your coffee when in the area. I can say they still have some amazing staff here, but they have lost a ton of great employees and have a higher turnover rate.
Love to visit when we are in the DFW area! Yummy coffee, delicious breakfast burrito and great service. Their store is fun to look at and it's a great hangout atmosphere.
I’ve been buying this online since I heard about it. Love the cause and the coffee. Saw the brick and mortar so had to stop in. Staff is super friendly and the place is clean. Of course the coffee is great and you can stock up for home there as well

Chai latte/smokey Joe are my favourites. I would say forgo getting a heated snack, several times the croissant has tasted kinda burned I'm assuming from when they heat it up at the drive thru. But the coffee is always good and the staff is extremely nice and respectful. For the quality the price is fair and I'd recommend black riffle coffee to anyone.
I only buy BR coffee since they share my values...but the simple service of giving my 5 and 3 year old some whipped cream in a cup proved my choice correct. STOP GIVING YOUR MONEY TO COMPANIES WHO HATE YOU!
If you want big, bold coffee, this is a good place to consider. Nothing wrong with their product, but it's not to my personal preference. I prefer a lighter roast. Got my order quickly, but I didn't know when I ordered a Mocha that it would come iced. Which was fine, but I was expecting it hot. If I come back, I'll be sure to specify.
Black rifle coffee not only makes great coffee, but they sell their beans, and they support veterans and first responders. A great organization with a great product. And the service is always exceptional!
One very good drink. Service was jacked up. Not only did they forget about my order, they forgot the woman ahead of me. Waited extra long. Wife not happy!@!
No loud noises which will help you a lot to concentrate on what you do. They do have a variety of food and drinks you can select from.
My first and last time coming here I got a matcha tea latte and when I first got my drink it just tasted like milk it had barely in matcha in it so when I ask them to remake it I guess that upset them bc they made my drink so bitter it wasn’t edible to drink then they made me drink where I couldn’t see it and they took a longer making my drink the second time around then the first time and wasn’t in my line of sight i don’t know what they did to my drink but it was so bad i couldn’t drink it wasted my money but when I called and spoke to the shift manager Cody he was very professional and apologetic to my experience which is why I gave them 3 stars Instead of the 1 star I was going to give them
