This is the first time I’ve been to any on the grind location. The service was nice, but the Cinnabomb was not so bomb.. what I got was a sandlot and a cinnabomb. I have to say McDonald’s coffee would’ve been a better choice. Instead of my lovely cinnamon drink; I got a a cup of milk with the faint taste of coffee and a few specks of cinnamon at the bottom of my drink. If the cups weren’t clear I wouldn’t have been able to tell if what I got had cinnamon in it at all

The service was fine... But I ordered a medium hot chocolate for $3.some cents plus tip for them to put Borden's chocolate milk in a cup and steam it and even then it wasn't hot... Soooo that was disappointing.

Most inconsistent coffee shop in town, especially for a $7 coffee. One day you’ll get a coffee and the next you’ll get a glass of milk, very disappointing.

Love OTG. This is the closest one...we need one in Wimberley or San Marcos. Drive-thru at any location is always fast and easy.

Today I had the last poor service I will ever receive from OTG. It seems the 306/ Hunter Road has been heading down hill since 2019. Today I waited in a long loop that started at 306 and 24 minutes into it the order taker decor tell me that they will be taking all the ones from the end. For the last month it seems the order isn’t right or I get the wrong drink. We use this OTG for a lot of coffee. Sorry but if you have to be somewhere at a certain time “Don’t stop Here.

The last few times my coffee had tasted like straight water and flavoring. Went in today and they have no coffee (caught their espresso machine on fire) told me they can't make hot or iced coffee.i asked if they could do blend. They said yes but not with coffee in it. It would just be flavoring and ice. I will never come back here. Trying to sell syrup and ice, instead of shutting down. Absolutely ridiculous.

I keep giving this place another chance and I regret it every time I do. I ordered a HOT coffee with almond milk, and received my drink prepared like a hot coffee, but was cold as if it was sitting out for 30 minutes. It doesn't even taste like coffee. Maybe if they would turn their music down a bit they could focus on making better coffee.

Even though there was a line of cars, it went pretty quickly. The coffee and smoothies were awesome and the staff very friendly.

i love this place! this is the only place in town that sells local coffee that doesnt ask for a tip. the other local coffee places in town all ask how much are you going to tip? its so cringey and unprofessional but not this place. i still tip though because they have such friendly staff and great coffee drinks! if you want to support local come here! there is always a line for cars which is a great sign meaning they have great drinks! super fast and great💙

I was very excited to try On The Grind this morning. I ordered a Chai Latte because a cold front came in and I thought it would be a lovely and comforting way to start a Monday. The girls working were very sweet. The Chai is ok but the price is ridiculous! I frequent Starbucks and can’t imagine how a Brick and Mortar such as they are has a better price point?? The cost of this drink is $1.00 and I was charged $9.50! I am all about profitability but yowza that’s almost 💯 mark up. The cup is so hot I have to let it cool and am now at my destination and cant even hold the cup to see if it was worth the $9.50 I just spent. I will not be back. I can buy a case of Chai for this and will resort to making my own drinks in the future! Capitalism is the American way price gauging is not!
