This place is popular. Not sure how late they're open but it's still into the evening and there's always cars there. Service was great. Employees were friendly. Lattes did not disappoint.
I don’t go out often but when I do, I get my usual Hot OatMilk Chai and it’s perfect EVERY TIME! Why? Because OTG is the best at making drinks, and the staff is probably the hardest working, friendliest staff you’ll ever run into.

Love my raspberry smoothie. They tailor my smoothie for me when I ask for ice to be put on after they smooth my drink out. 😋😋😋I'm loving it!! I get it my way!! Customer service is awesome!! $$$Egh... Please wipe off the pay tablet. I only touched it to tip and sign but it felt like a kid played many games on it after eating candy or something. So gross. The drinks are so good only because they are nothing but sugar.. Lol..I need strong coffee not creamer. Small cup of creamer $5 🤣
I miss all of the old workers at this location. There are a select few, and I mean few, that I like here who will interact with you and have smiles on their faces, like anyone in customer service should. When I would come by first thing in the morning for coffee some of the workers would not be pleasant, I get it’s early and I’m not necessarily in the working mood either, but you have a job to do and I would never let that show to my customers…it soured my mornings and I haven’t gone back.

My husband and I have finished one thing on our bucket list and have made it a adventure to go by every location On The Grind has in Texas. Not one person we every met was rude. Everybody is so polite and the coffee is delicious. We will always take them over Starbucks 110%.

I love all of these. No matter which location you go to the employees are usually so nice and conversational, with the exception of the few girls with attitudes. I once asked for extra caramel in my blended drink and the dude literally set a new standard for how I want my drink (extra caramel stirred to the point that every sip has a delightful clump of caramel) and I asked for that once and it seemed like homegirl doesn't know what extra is.
Disgusting place the people are so rude I think I might stick with starbucks and the coffee is horrendous and they wouldn't know how to make a cup of Joe even with there eyes closed

Always my daughter's favorite. This day was a ripper. She loved it.... If love not to be talked to so much.... I'm sure that's fun for them.... just way too early for me to be so energetic. No coffee is going to make me wake up. Have your fun. I'm not going to be a morning person that's why coffee.
I asked for a double blended and was told ok well when I got to get my coffee it wasn’t so I asked for it and I got it but some guy no name tag said this is the only time this will b done. If it not something that can’t be done then please inform workers so we as customers don’t ask for it.
