Most expensive store-bought waffles I’ve ever had.

Our favorite breakfast place. The woman in the shop is very kind and helpful, and the food is always delicious. Thank you!

Sadly this place has changed. Although the food is still good, the service is poor. We were charged $2 per glass of water, no free refills on water or tea. They accept charge cards only, no cash.

This was my first and last visit. Cute place. Expensive for a sandwich. I paid cash and was asked "do you want your change". I said yes I do. The person gave me change but I was shorted. I said this is not correct. Sorry we don't carry change. I said what do you mean. We don't have change. So I was expected to pay out of my pocket the amount of change they were short due to them not having change. I said no! I will pay with a debit card and you can pay the 3 percent fee. Well they couldn't open the drawer because they didn't have another transaction. I said ma'am it is the principle of it. I want my change. So the owner went and got change out of her purse. I was not happy. Why is you not having change a charge to me. If you don't have change round it down in my favor not up in yours. There were minimal customers at 1230 lunch time. I hope she makes it. She needs to lower her prices and bring change. Gosh we make sure we do for a garage sale why not your place of business

Nice place, lots more space on the inside than you would think. Great food!

Cute cafe. Love the atmosphere but the crepes were not as delicious as I was expecting. The savory breakfast crepe was fun and unique in flavor but the strawberry Nutella one was okay. The strawberries weren't really fresh, more like they had been sitting in sweet strawberry syrup so they made the Nutella runny and the crepe a little soggy. I'd go back and try different things on the menu though.

This coffee shop is charming and offers delightful European desserts and dishes. I particularly enjoyed the Quiche Lorraine with crispy bacon. The eclairs and cannolis were delightful with just the right amount of sweetness, and the vanilla notes were prominently evident in the creamy filling. The Chicken Florentine crepe was satisfying and was elevated by the delicious Hollandaise sauce. The interior is bright and airy, with a fresh, lemon-themed décor in light yellow hues. The details, such as the elegant lemon accents, add to the overall aesthetic appeal of the café.

Update: this restaurant is under new management and now has excellent customer service. The restaurant maintains its European charm and menus items, including homemade croissants. I look forward to being a regular customer! ———- Delightful and clean setting. The croissants are true to French style: buttery and flaky. The crepes are wonderful as well, with sweet and savory options. The coffee is just ok. I would have expected more from a French restaurant but it works. The water policy amounts to a terrible customer experience. If you are sipping your cappuccino and enjoying your savory crepe, and just need a little water to wash it down, your only option is to buy a plastic bottle of water. No tap water allowed. Environmental issues aside, it doesn’t consider the customer. Some just want a sip or two, not an entire bottle that one is stuck taking home after because it wasn’t needed. What’s wrong with letting your customers have tap water?! You can charge for use of a cup if needed. This policy is not well thought through from the customer experience perspective. I read through the reviews and was very surprised to see that upon complaining about cold and overcooked food the owner told a patron “please don’t come back”. She then went on to encourage the patron to try McDonalds. I don’t understand why the owner went into a customer service field if this is her attitude

They changed their menu recently, but their lattes and pastries remain great!

Classic breakfast and crepe florentine were delicious. (Though I'd prefer crispier hash browns, they were tasty.) The croissant was exquisite. Lavender latte and regular coffee were excellent. The new owner waited on us and was very friendly and helpful. So many things in the bakery case I'd love to try. We'll be back.

Fabulous food, service and ambience. First really good crepes I’ve had in many years. Macarons are incredible. Must give this place a try!

Went it on a Sunday for the pastries, and we were not disappointed. One of the best butter croissants I’ve ever had, and my husbands eclair was also fantastic. We learned that their croissants come all the way from Europe, which is great to know that everything is authentically European. Everyone was really sweet and helpful, the negative reviews are due to false expectations, it’s a euro style cafe not a restaurant. We’ll be back for the croissants and to try the coffee next time too.

Lovely atmosphere to sit outside, but flavorless and lifeless food and mediocre coffee…. with hectic and confused service as they always seem to be more busy than they can handle… a really blah experience, unfortunately, in a spot that could be super charming

I went there for breakfast. The place is very cute and welcoming. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, that’s the best part of this establishment. There’s a screen above the cashier with the menu. The screen is very high up. This screen changes ever few seconds, and you can’t finish reading it. This was very annoying for both my husband and myself. There’s no printed menu to refer to. We ordered cafe mochas, croissants and a strawberry crepe. I’m an avid baker and espresso fan and make all of these items at home. The coffee tasted like cocoa, no espresso taste, in the least. I didn’t like the croissants, but my husband did. They were doughy, not flaky or buttery. We both agreed that the crepe had a really good flavor, but the crepe itself was rubbery. I prefer to eat and shop local, but I won’t be returning. I hope this feedback helps the shop owner on improvements that could be made.

Fabulous food. Had a toscana panini, which could have used tomatoes(just me being picky) and a lemon bar. Unfortunately, I ordered the last one and wished there was more afterwards! Overall great food, cute location. Planning to come back soon!

We love the idea of this place and the food options are beautiful and plentiful, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Spending $70 for 3 people and having to wait standing to order for over 10 minutes, and the only menu is on a screen at the top of the ceiling that rotates to where you can barely read you can order. They are card only and still charge a 3% charge for using your credit card and the guy at the register can’t answer any of the questions presented. The food was prompt, and fresh. But don’t ask for a cup of water to go with your meal even if you order a coffee because the only water option is to purchase a bottle of water. The tables are not serviced and I’d blame it on being short of staff, but the staff there were not too busy to talk with their friends that were there. So we bussed ourselves a table so we would have a place to sit. I’m all about supporting local, but I’d would hope to get local friendly customer support that reflects the community we live in, to go with it. Oh and pretty sure the “Nutella crepe” my daughter order for $13, needs to be renamed a “Hershey’s syrup crepe”

The price wouldn’t bother me for quality food. The food was well below average food. The “most popular” Toscano panini was nothing special. It was served with potato chips. There was not a whole chip on the plate, all crumbs like the bottom of the bag. My wife’s quiche was small below average and mostly crust.
