Local Habit is a gem in Texarkana. The city needs a great coffee place for an experience and great coffee versus Starbucks or another quick drive-thru. The Local Habit staff is always so helpful and friendly, and the coffee is some of the best in town. Also, the building is very unique and interesting.
Really cool atmosphere! The coffee is so much better than the burnt stuff at starbucks and the sugar water at scooters. I love this place! The baristas are awesome and so polite. You have to try the Cortado with mocha and caramel.
The atmosphere is really cute and the coffee menu is awesome! I just wish the owner was considerate enough to schedule the lawn service not during business hours. All I can hear sitting here while trying to read is lawn mowers and leaf blowers and it’s been going on for an hour at least. This also made it impossible to enjoy the outdoor space because they are blowing leaves and dirt everywhere. Most definitely kills the mood if you’re wanting a peaceful afternoon to read/work on your laptop.
Cool place to hang out or work remotely. Good coffee, great atmosphere.
My wife and I both love Local Habit. I highly recommend their "Cookies & Cream" coffee!
Wow! I was in town on Friday for work and stopped here for coffee. The Carmel latte I got was so delicious I am still thinking about it from Arizona as I sip on my sad coffee from a major chain that doesn’t even come close to comparing. This place is definitely a treasure.

Finally a place where you can get an excellent cup of coffee and have a nice conversation, or even play a board game! My drink of choice is a hot cafe latte. It was served at the perfect temperature, rich and creamy. Imagine having that perfect cup of coffee, and served, not in a disposable cup, but in a real cup! No need to imagine any more!

Met some friends here and immediately fell in love with this place! Excellent tasting coffee and tea, and the chocolate chip cookie 🍪 just melted in my mouth… incredible! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the layout of the venue gave us plenty of space to find a quiet corner and talk. Will definitely stop here again when we pass through Texarkana area. 😊
Located in an ild remodeled two-story house with an atmosphere full of dark woods, soft greens, black, and warm tones complimented by touches of white swirling marble and greenery, Local Habit is a win. The espresso is above average and nade for a delightful latte. I had "The Hive", a barista favorite. Honey, vanilla, and cinnamon make up the drink but I had it minus cinnamon. I asked for it less sweet than usual and they did a good job. I can confidently recommend Local Habit seeing as I lived in Texarkana for over 20 years.
Finally a decent coffee house in the local area of Texarkana. Good idea by the owner. We like it and the staff is friendly. We go whenever we're in town.

I enjoyed a very good oat milk honey latte here as well as the quiet atmosphere- and the aesthetics are very pleasing too 💛
