It's really quiet so perfect for studying and it's so bright it keeps me awake. Their espresso tonic is so delicious i get it with lemon syrup and tajin on top.
It is my absolute favorite coffee shop in the valley!! Best coffee I’ve tried by far, staff is soo kind and friendly always very attentive! Perfect place to do homework and study or hangout with friends and family:) A MUST TRYYYY<3
Tried a new local coffee ☕ shop today and it was great! This is their Horchata Chi 😋😋😋 they have your regular options and creative local blends. The staff are super kind 🥰 the atmosphere is peaceful and minimalist with a good meeting room. I'll be back 😁
Don't waste your money
The cookies are so good! Best cookies in the valley for sure. Better than crumble! And the teas and coffee feel very homemade both iced and hot ones. Very friendly staff and very clean place. Recommend this for sure 💯

This place is great to come and work. They have a nice little 10 person table where you can meet or edit videos like I’m doing. Service is amazing and drinks are great!
The matcha strawberry drink had deep rich matcha flavor that was equally balanced with strawberry. I appreciate the perfect combination of sweetness in this drink. Usually a matcha drink anywhere is too matcha or milk forward. I consider myself a coffee affectionato, however, I believe that matcha is more of a complex drink and can tell how well a coffeehouse can brew. This matcha trumps any prior locations I have tried in the RGV and next time I come I will be trying their coffee. My friend had coffee cold brew with lemonade which I tasted and it was executed perfectly. I remarked that you can taste the separate flavors of coffee and lemonade which surprisingly almost had a flavor of tea. The drinks were not bitter but instead robust with flavor. This is a must try. I cannot wait to see how pineapple coffee shop expresses their branding in the future.
Tried for the first time. Always excited to support local small businesses! We tried the Feel Like home latte which had abuelitas hot chocolate added. Substituted oat milk. They have almond and oak milk substitute for dairy. Excited to try other drinks and encourage everyone to give this new business a try. It’s in the Sundance Crossing Plaza behind Calle de Mexico Taqueria

I tried a caramel latte and it was to milky for my taste, didn’t really get the coffee flavor. I’ll go back again and try something a little more stronger. The biscoff cookie was really good. Place is nice, great atmosphere!

I didnt get to take pictures. But i must say that this place is AMAZING!!!!!! Rosella tea is so delicious. It has a delicate aroma and the taste is perfection. The cookies are so soft and delicious. They are so good and flavorful. Ordered a mocha frapp and a caramel frapp for family and they fell in love as well!!!!!
