Love these people and business so much. So friendly and so giving i owe this business more than 5 stars and these few words to show how much I appreciate them.
Bought a french vanilla iced coffee and an apple fritter. They were delicious!
The donuts were good and I enjoyed all of it. The service was okay. The cashier seemed a bit annoyed we were there. I'd go back for the donuts
The donuts tasted just like the donuts sold in walmart ,the kolache was very good tho

disgusting place to work and to eat. i was bullied by the manager and supervisor. they are very unclean and don’t use gloves or wash their hands before touching food. i’ve gotten food poisoning from there and so has my boyfriend and his coworkers. i really don’t recommend eating here it’s so unclean. the manager valentina doesn’t even train her staff to be clean and she doesn’t practice cleanliness either. she rides on the carts that we put food on and doesn’t wash her hands after using the restroom. also in the photo is do-nuts that were being filled just put on a dirty trash can instead of putting them on the rack.

Went to buy kolaches this morning. Ordered 4 wagyu and 2 regular because that’s all they had. Charged me $19.99 for 1/2 dozen plus $15.56 for the wagyu. I understand the up charge but wagyu is only .60 more. Total was $35.55. That is not correct. Tried to explain to cashier but got nowhere.

I tried calling the actually Shipley's that did my order on Wall Street but could only get ahold of this one. The lady was nice but as for the place I actually ordered from, could not get them to answer ohjnr. The order was wrong TWICE and they did not correct it. Donuts were also subpar compared to the doughnut shop right across the street, and they were more expensive at that. Literally the only good thing about this place is their sign out front. It's cool.

Went through the drive thru today. First thing I was asked when I reached the window was “Do you want to tip today?”. Very rude, very tacky. There is a tip jar out at the window as well. If I wanted to tip I would. Please don’t ask. In addition to that, my order wasn’t even correct when I received it.
Great customer service! Tall skinny brown girl was so sweet and lovable towards my dog! Definitely returning for more kolaches! 10/10🤤😊
Doughnut tasted like it was old the kolache was was mushy and girl at window asked if I wanted to tip really I have never asked anyone that in all the years I work in the restaurants.

I payed for one donut glazed sprinkles, then a bear claw. Nasty. I took them back and was told I had bought them the day before so there was nothing they could do. I will never return. But I did wonder why it the one on Wall stalways looks closed.
