Why did I wait so long to try this place?! Staff was very nice. Cold brew is DELICIOUS, not watery and bitter like some other places. I also had a kids turkey and Swiss - not anything that my kids would actually eat. But I really enjoyed it. Will be returning with the kiddos soon, there’s a slide from upstairs to downstairs as well as a little play area.
Lost my business. Not sure if Hands didn’t like having children on their premises but the new gift area, replete with an abundance of profanity and references to getting high, is a great way to ensure parents steer clear, which we will be doing from now on.
Been here a few times, food is always palatable and they use excellent coffee.

Salmon bagel was amazing. Quality food at good price. Wish they had larger coffee sizes. Dining area could be cleaner. There is a slide for kids and it was a lifesaver
The man who took our order was friendly and recommended a few flavors of iced lattes. I took one of his recommendations, and the brown sugar iced latte was excellent! My husband ordered the bacon and sausage crepe. He enjoyed the crepe but would have preferred to have more meat in it. I enjoyed my salmon lox bagle. Would like if it had a little less red onion, but it was still excellent. The setting is cozy. Clean and comfortable seating. Some cushioned chairs, a couch, tables, and a bar seating area too. Music wasn't too loud or distracting either.
Update: I try to go at least once a week! Everyone is so nice & friendly & they add new drinks & have more food! Go check them out!! Great place to get some good drip coffee & a large snack I should say! I ordered the veggie flat bread pizza & let me tell you…DELICIOUS. It came with a side salad and I got the balsamic dressing which paired very nicely with it. I also ordered the soup of the day which they unfortunately did not have but the staff member called me right away and asked what I would like to substitute for it. I instead chose a chocolate chip muffin but the taste was a little off for me (which is why this isn’t 5 stars) but I work in a restaurant so I know sometimes not all same items will taste like we are used to tasting! It has indoor & outdoor seating but usually I take my food to-go. Definitely worth going always though! Also to add in, the place is very artsy which is one of my favorite thing about the place as well. You see art and such good interior design in the inside!

Unfortunately, despite the flavor being rich, my main complaint is the coffee temperature. I burnt my tongue twice after being there twice. Falafel wrap is tasty but so dry, really hard to eat. Sorry, guys.
Coffee was awesome. $8 red velvet cake disgusting. It was an old piece of cake. Service was ok.

We had a group of seven for breakfast. Great coffees and really nice fresh breakfasts - from breakfast crepes to breakfast sandwiches and bagels and the lemon bars and salted caramel rice crispy treats were soo good!

Nice environment and friendly staff! We had lunch there and the food was amazing. Plenty of menu and coffee options. Overall a great place!
Totally 100% worthy! The coffee is above average for an American coffee's standards. The chicken sandwich and the strawberry & Nutella crepe are delicious. The personnel are great hosts and kind. The price is gorgeous, not pricey at all.
I finally found a place to get a lavender latter. Really nice coffee place. Friendly service. Didn't try any pastries but they all looked good.
