Literally couldn’t find anyone for help. Ask the cashier she said, oh I can’t leave my post, I asked can you at least call someone? Oh someone should be at our customer service. There was no one there for the entire 30 minutes I was there. Horrible customer service Rae W. I didn’t want to give the 1 star but it the only was to post this. Do better Barnes & Noble in Midland Texas.
I was looking for automobile books and found all kinds of books plus any car you could think of even how they work.Thanks

The thing is, without Starbucks there is no Barnes & Noble. Like Target, people go mainly for Starbucks. Walking around with coffee is a thing for certain brands. To close Starbucks because 2 or 1 people is working is not a real excuse. A hour before they close, and a employee can’t handle the traffic? Not an excuse. To tell a customer we close when we want to, especially if we don’t have enough workers. Is bad business! One thing I noticed about living in Odessa/Midland is that people are lazy! They close when they want and carry themselves like they the s—-! Yo, we not worried about your feelings, we want our coffee!
Clean and spacious bookstore. Decent prices and a good selection.

It's Barnes & Noble what can I say lol? Great selection of books and if they don't have what you're looking for they can order it for you.
Its a great book store. What isn't to love.
Words cannot describe how disappointed I was when I drove 40 miles to Barnes and noble and they shut down their store 2 hours before they were scheduled to due to “lack of employees”. When I was denied entry into the store I saw at the very least 3 employees working. It was the Boxing Day sale so I understand the influx of customers but management should has prepared for it or at the very least worked the registers. I am deeply saddened on missing out the sale. I also tried to participate during the sale via online but I was denied entry to the website not only on my phone but on my personal computer as well. I will no longer be shopping at Barnes and noble and will strictly order the books from Amazon.
Rung up my purchase wrong so I had to come back to get it corrected, but friendly folks.

For being close to Christmas, they still had a pretty good stock of children's books and toys. Staff are also super friendly.

Lots of toys(legos) and books but not one book on tractors, farming or farm equipment. Grandpa is an old farmer and kids wanted to get him a book on it. Can't believe not one there. Guess sign of the times
They have a good selection of books. The starbucks is a bit disappointing.
Great store and selection of books but all the books are to main stream. Good service bathrooms were a little dirty.
