Parking and seating are limited, so be prepared to squeeze in while Ruby's crew takes you on an unforgettable culinary adventure. The cafe is a cash only operation, so bring your Petro-dollars and tip generously as the prices are and remain economically minded.
Old fashioned three and meat. Absolutely nothing fancy and that's what's great about it. Good old fashioned stick to your ribs country eating. You cannot go wrong.

This place is small looking on the outside but has 7 tables. If you are over 6 feet tall, watch you head, the ceiling is low. All of the staff are very kind people the way they tend to you here feels like a family reunion where family is just helping family. The menu covers comfort food chicken fried steak, chicken fingers, biscuits and gravy, fresh coffee, pancakes, hashbrowns, hot links, and pork chops. The back menu has taco options. The meal was cooked perfectly. The prices were more than fair and reasonable for the value and flavors. I would recommend this place over any other local place in the area that I have visited.
