Cute coffee shop with a vibrant owner who loves creating a special drink for you. The aroma gets you excited when walking in. I had a sting coffee with a touch of cinnamon and brown sugar (her creation) that was tasty!

Just passing through Marshall and needed some good coffee. We love to support small businesses and are so happy we found this place. The owner/service was great - super friendly! I can't handle a lot of caffeine so she made a light version of her favorite and it was delicious!

Place was a mess, the only employee opened alone and there were water leaks on the floor inside, not mop water. Didn't like my drink at all. Only 1 size avail that day in Styrofoam cups. Response to owner... There were 2 severe water leaks from the ice machine or sinks, whatever. The lobby should've been closed until she had a chance to clean it up. She was way overwhelmed with a few people in line. I get it, small business is hard. Been there done that, prolly why I'm so critical. Anyways, good luck to you in your future endeavors, hope it gets better for ya!

This is going to be long but….. I have been having a rough time mentally lately so today I decided to stop by and treat myself to a hot drink. I pulled up to the window at your Marshall location and a young girl promptly walked up to take my order. I’m usually the kind of person who orders a plain latte but today I decided to try something new so I asked her what she liked, and she told me Caramel Macchiato. So I decided to give it a try. I could tell she is still training (she’s doing awesome by the way) but she made the best caramel macchiato I have ever had (first one but still ☺️). It’s delicious and I’m enjoying on my front porch trying not to think about all the stressful things right now. I was there a little after 11 am today, and I didn’t catch her name but tell her I said the drink was delicious and she’s doing a great job!

They're good. Employees are great. Owner has trouble staying stocked with some items he gets from local stores. I definitely use Starbucks as a back up, when they're out of my regular buys.

The service is pretty much always fantastic. My issues are as follows, the problem George has keeping LG cold cups and Oattmilk stocked (and sometimes syrup flavors), but he continues to buy too much almond milk which is used far less. I personally know, because they're never out of almond milk but they run out of cold large cups and some of their syrups for days to a week at a time(sometimes more). George is the one that brings the supplies to the stores. So, now at least 3 days a week, I'm going to be giving my business back to Starbucks. I really like your coffee, there....but you really need to find a way to get your employees stocked up on supplies in a timely manner!

I truly love this place and every barista there is so kind. They write sweet notes on your cups as well. Coffee is phenomenal didn't taste burnt like Starbucks (imo). Also have cool old school family games to play inside and out

Great excellent staff but understaffed! It should not take as long as it does to receive 3 none coffee drinks. If there was more than one person working at a time this may be avoidable. Joe Pines typically has one person on staff at a time and their service is quiet a bit quicker so someone may want to look into the reasons for this. Also, I have been there a handful of times and twice they were out of ingredients to make me what I wanted. Their drinks are tasty enough and their cold cream is divine but make sure you don’t set your drink out to finish a little later because the cold cream gets yucky quickly.

The strawberry banana smoothie was amazing! Yes it's a coffee shop, so the mocha latte was on the same level as the raspberry tart. Try this place out and bring the kids.
