I just want to say that I haven’t ordered flowers in a while. When I called to order a small arrangement to brighten my friends day up, the staff was extremely helpful! I have a budget and she said this would be beautiful! They also are delivering it! It was easy for me and it wasn’t expensive at all!
I called to request a custom basket for a friend who was ill. They didn't even hesitate. It was just an immediate "we can do that". Thank you so much! It totally made my day, and my friend's.
Awesome place for flowers, gifts, coffee and fantastic customer service! The floral designers are SUPER creative and just as friendly! If you're in Madisonville you HAVE to stop at Heart to Heart!!

I went thru a tragic loss. I was utterly in shock and just trying to make it thru to the funeral. I messaged Wendy and asked her to make a wreath for me. She kept me in the loop the entire time she was making it to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. Bubba, Wendy, Hope and all the others will do all they can for their customers. The wreath was delivered on time and received so many compliments. We continue to use Heart to Heart for all of our gift and floral needs.
Disgusted at what $100 bought and that it was delivered late. I would never refer them and they were an embarrassment.
Heart to Heart did the flowers for our wedding and everything was beautiful. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and made it so easy for us. Definitely will be using them again.

Heart to Heart is my favorite!! This is the absolute cutest gift boutique & coffee shop — a perfect place to stop if you are passing through Madisonville, Texas! There is so much to look at, and I always leave with shopping bags full of unique and fun things! The specialty coffees are delicious, and the coffee bar helps make it a fun atmosphere. All the ladies working there are so genuinely nice and helpful. — You can just tell this is a happy place!!
Love love love Heart to Heart! Such a fun place to shop and enjoy a cup of specialty coffee. The hardest part is deciding what I want- so much cute stuff!! Add this to your list of “must visit” places when passing through Madisonville!

First time in Madisonville, my best friend takes me to heart to heart where we were followed around, at one point the girl working was hiding behind a shelf peeking through it watching us, she made our shopping very uncomfortable. I still managed to find a couple of thing I wanted and to no surprise she was even ruder at the register. Awful customer service from young long dark haired girl. I don't steal and we were shopping like normal people. We ended up goin around corner to a western gift shop next to the legend steak house, lady in there was most pleasant so we spent our chunk of change w her.
It was a very normal drive to home until I stopped by this place and it became a nice memory. The place name is nothing but a well chosen description "Heart To Heart".

We were passing through Madisonville on our way to Houston and we accidentally stopped in front of ‘Heart to Heart’ while we were looking for coffee. I think it’s a sign..... we entered the shop thinking that , it’s a botique, but to our surprise they had coffee, hot chocolate...and it’s the best coffee I had in a very long time... owner was extremely nice .. I would love to go here again!
