I've not yet had a sugar-free drink I liked here. However, because the customer service has been great, I've gone back 4 times to try different things. I have to have sugar-free, and they don't seem to have those down yet. I've heard great things about their other options.
The coffee is good and the staff is friendly, but the music is too freaking loud.
I only go here for my coffee now because every other place tastes gross to me. It's higher quality and better rewards, it actually gives me more energy than the stomach aches, unlike other places. I haven't been disappointed here at all. Every person here is so happy and chipper, they always ask how your day is when you're waiting on your drinks. The line is always quick and easy, best coffee drive thru I've been to!

Amazing first impression. Kind staff. Fast and efficient. I ordered a caramel frappuccino tasted amazing. I'm satisfied and I will come back again. Update: It's been a whole year that I've been a frequent customer to the point I travel a hour to get their coffee but it's not the same anymore. The staff at this specific location is very impatient and not understanding of their customers needs and wants. Every time I come my coffee taste completely different and I try explaining that but they make me feel stupid and try to rush me. I've been to other locations and have never had such a hard time with the staff like I do here. I'm so disappointed and may not come to this exact location no more. Thank you.
The only thing that troubles me is that they make you feel obligated to tip by putting the tablet in your face and turning away from you while you input a preset $$$ or something else....😂.
This place was fast, the service is great and, the the coffee is amazing I got the smooth 7 and I enjoyed it I will come back again and soon.
Edit: as you can see below I've always loved these guys. This week, over night, the coffee changed. Has to be the type, used in the chillers or something. It used to be this wonderful nutty coffee. Now it's entirely different, the coffee I taste now reminds me of mcdonalds. I'm super disappointed and I hope this was a temporary fix to their usual being unavailable or something. It went from amazing coffee, to very mediocre, I don't want to attack comparing to other places... but it needs to be fixed. Always good coffee, great service, I love this place.

The young lady taking the order was not friendly and the coffee was made to sweet. I have had the smooth 7 before someone needs training.
I enjoy exploring different coffee places, call me old fashioned but I don't like looking for the menu online. I understand the concept to be faster but I feel more rushed. If you forget to say hot coffee then they automatically give you cold coffee. I like the clear communication of what kind of coffee I will be receiving. ☕☕
This was our first time stopping at 7 Brew! We had a very nice lady help us with our order, then as we waited, a young man talked to us about the weather and asked how our day was. Coffee was exceptional! They have great sugar -free options as well! We will definitely stop in when we're in Longview again!

My first time at a 7 brew. The coffee was great but I was most impressed with the people taking orders and conversing with everyone.
Busy place! Starbucks has competition! Tried the Irish blonde sf and it was good, iced caramel Mac is good, a cpl of other drinks. White mocha was a bit of a let down though (per other adult)
The drinks are awesome and delicious. The drive threw is quick..I love the kids that work there they have am awesome attitude rain or shine..
