Asked explicitly whether or not the Frappuccino could be made without dairy.. was told yes, no double checking done whatsoever.. had it, my stomach hurt immediately.. come to find out, the malt powder has dairy.. my thoughts exactly, “malt powder?!” And also, “why wasn’t that mentioned or checked”.. really sucks. Almost didn’t want to post on account of previous responses from ownership.. lord knows this will somehow be my fault.. filter reviews to “lowest” and see what kind of people they are.. yikes.

Love Perky Beans and their coffee offerings! The Drive Through is usually pretty quick and their staff is always nice and welcoming. My favorite drink is The Boss, highly recommend. Only 4 stars though because while they offer free wifi, it’s not good enough to do anything on. I’ve attempted to get some work done from here before and it was extremely slow and constantly dropped out. Look elsewhere if you are looking to work online.

Eggs Benedict was fair. There might have been a teaspoon of hollandaise sauce on each egg.

Love this place! Delicious food and we have tried a lot of their food and we love it. Mimosas are delicious and no complaints on the food. Fun atmosphere. Friendly staff. Great customer service. They offer military discounts, thank you!

Great place. Amazing menu with many options at a fair price. Although they have zero vegan options listed, the waitress and cook accommodated my needs with perfection. Everything was delicious. I will absolutely be returning.

We’ve gotten take out here three times. The first two we arrived right when we were supposed to, but the food was lukewarm. We decided to give them one more try today, which was the last time we’ll make that mistake. They sent out a Mother’s Day email, which you can’t opt out of, so my partner who lost his mom two years ago got it. Trying to make the best of a bad day, he decided to order to go and we’d have a nice brunch together. Because on our previous experience, we went early, hoping to catch the food while it was still warm, since they don’t use warmers while food is awaiting pickup. The entire point of getting it take out was to avoid Mother’s Day, but instead my partner and I took turns for forty five minutes (we were only 5 minutes early) waiting inside watching families doting on their mothers trying to get our food. In the end we tried to cancel it and then all the sudden it was ready immediately, and predictably lukewarm. It really ruined his morning to spend so much time witnessing the exact holiday he was trying to distance himself from and this was the last straw, we won’t be back.

Got the Carmelized Banana French Toast and Oh My Goodness... SO delicious! Gluten-free options for my son and the rest of the kids loved their meals. We will definitely be back to this one!

Great breakfast! It's really loud in their when they have a full house. But, the food is so good, we overlook it! Today, we had to wait quite a long time to pay. But, we love eating here and we will be back!!

GOLD is what happens when you get everything right! Yeah, about every 6 months of doing Reviews I strike GOLD. Folks, this place is Special. Quaint Café, Great Food, Amazing Staff. Decor is Country themed. Perfect in my opinion. Avocado Toast breakfast was generous with the Toppings. The Farmer breakfast was literally the Best Combo of perfect Eggs, Bacon, Hash browns, and Toast that I have had. Waitress Stephanie was on her game. With perfectly timed Service. Don’t get me going on that great Coffee ☕️ because well, it’s a Coffee Shop also next Door. I AM ENCOURAGING ALL MY FOLLOWERS TO TRY THIS PLACE! And again, GOLD is what happens when you get everything right. My rare 6 STAR review. If 6 were a thing.

Extremely late and not worth the wait. Team unfortunately looks very disorganized. Waitress gets the check before we are half way through the food.

This place is slammin’. One of the best breakfasts you can get in the northern burbs. The staff is incredibly friendly and the food is absolutely delicious. When we went, one of the waffle makers was down, so we had a little wait, but when I say it was worth it 😍 My husband had the hash and was raving ll day about it. The ingredients were obviously fresh and high quality, the dishes were done with the kind of attention to detail that says the chef have served these at home a few hundred times until they’ve got the exact right texture and taste. Definitely recommend. You can even order a coffee from their standard coffee shop next door and have it delivered to your table. Having a vanilla latte with my waffle and hash browns was the cherry on top. We will definitely be back!

This place has delicious food and fantastic service! The strawberry pecan waffle is amazing. The waffle itself is better than any other around here for miles. Our sever was attentive and anticipated our needs. We’ll be back!

First time here. I got a blended chai, an iced salted caramel mocha, and a bacon egg and cheese jalapeño bagel. Drinks were great, food was meh. Bagel was stale so it wasn’t enjoyable. Would definitely come back for the drinks, maybe not so much for the food. Update: I travel to Texas a few times a year, and now make it a priority to hit up Perky Beans every time :) This place is awesome, I always get the breakfast bagels now! Updated my review to 5 stars!

This coffee house is cute and clean. The employees are very friendly but be patient while they are learning the ropes and training. We ordered a white mocha and orange chocolate latte. I didn’t taste any orange and it was very hot but it was good regardless! I wasn’t impressed with the bakery selection but they may have more when they fully open. All in all I’m very happy this place is open and so close to where I live.

Awful service. We got there by 4:40. They took 20 mins tomgive the food because they “forgot” to place ther order. 1 minute later they came to say they’re closing sonwe need to leave, even though the sign says Mon-Fri until 7:00 pm. Also the cinnamon roll had some weird kinda like wires inside. We had to throw it out. Please, don’t go there.
