U have employees that don't listen when u order thru the drive thru. Also this morning I didn't order nothing. Because there was a family van waiting for one of there employees in the drive thru. And then they went moved to the front entrance. So I decided not to order. Because they weren't taking my order right.

I've always liked the loaded fries. The service in the drive thru could be alittle faster especially late at night. The restrooms came out clean when last checked. Overall the place is cleaned with the floors. Service is fast when ordering dine in. Parking lot is clean as well.

You need more staff!!!! The employees where upset. The environment was horrible. It was awkward to order because they were like 7 ppl waiting for there order. They never cleaned the floor. They closed the door shut for no one to come in or out. Pay them more!!!! And get more employees!!!!

I’m rating a zero. Who ever is in charge of this location my service here was horrible and not because of the employees that went out of there way to provide me with great costumer service even though they only had 3 employees doing a job of 8 or 10 having orders back to back. A job at this time is needed they are unable to quit because they need the job. All the stress builds up and they take it out on the costumers that are wasting money to have a nice meal. Please hire at least more staff. It is needed. Please do not abuse of 3 people working a job of 10 ppl. This looks bad on JACK IN THE BOX!!! I expected more from you all!!! This is abuse and I am 1 hundred percent sure you are not paying them $15 per hour!!!! This is bad I will no longer come here and if I do it’s only to see if you all took my advice to making this location better.. waiting time here was over 2 hours smh

Horrible experience! There was a man taking my order (dine in) and I asked for 3 breakfast jacks and he looked confused. Said they didn't sell those and I'm like what?? I asked for 4 tacos and 1 fries and he gave me 2 tacos and 2 fries. This is ridiculous, he's either new or plain dumb. Then I asked him for a refill and he took like 10 minutes to give me a simple refill. Never going here again!

I placed an order in the app late at night when the hours said they were still open. After paying and going to the restaurant, I found they had closed early and I couldn't get my order. However, I went back the next day and and was able to get my meal after explaining what happened.
